My furniture is very well cared for, and these are small, manageable stains--not extreme or unusual. Instead of attempting to clean them, I was essentially told nothing could be guaranteed. That raises the question: if nothing can be guaranteed, then what exactly is your service providing? It felt like a complete waste of time and money for both the quote and the visit.
