My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

Hour rolls by, no arrival. Call again and then they tell me it will probably be another hour. Another hour rolls around and they're nowhere to be seen. I call again and they said they didn't know and would call the driver. Finally they picked up my vehicle around 3pm. I hit a deer and my radiator broke and I needed a tow. Never again will I ever use this company and I will NEVER recommend this company. I waited from 10:00am to 3pm for a tow and then to not stay true to their word on when they'd be here.
