never us this company. they left us stranded for 2 hours and canceled and hung up on us.

Went through my insurance for a tow. They gave me the first ETA of 11-11:45am for pick up. 12pm (noon) rolls around and I give them a call and ask for an updated ETA for them to give me another hour and they stated that they have no drivers to pick me up right now. Hour rolls by, no arrival. Call again and then they tell me it will probably be another hour. Another hour rolls around and they're nowhere to be seen. I call again and they said they didn't know and would call the driver. Finally they picked up my vehicle around 3pm. I hit a deer and my radiator broke and I needed a tow. Never again will I ever use this company and I will NEVER recommend this company. I waited from 10:00am to 3pm for a tow and then to not stay true to their word on when they'd be here. read more

unfortunately i have to give a star to write a review. it doesn't even deserve ONE STAR. NEVER NEVER NEVER ever take your vehicle to SPEEDYS for any kind of service. we took our vehicle up there because the steering wheel was clicking. our car got misdiagnosed. they claimed it was the rack & pinion and the tire rods. well it wasn't, it was our struts. while speedys was changing out our rack & pinion they stripped out our steering column and our lower rack. had to replace that also. after we paid speedys for the rack, pinion and tire rods i decided to take it to another shop. when i go to leave one of his mechanics ran out to my car and told us "hey we forgot a bolt to underneath your steering wheel" turns out my steering column was missing multiple bolts. we take it there for oil changes constantly, turns out they use RECYCLED OIL. so no wonder our vehicle has been acting up with shifting gears. tried contacting the owner Matthew Sharp and he decides the easiest way to do business is to ignore his customers instead of taking the time to make things right and make sure his mechanics don't fuck peoples vehicles up. read more

i took my car in for a 3 day head gasket job that turned into a 5 week process and they still thought it was worth paying full price for their mess ups. The owner does not call you when he says he will avoids calling the people thats been screwed over by his company. do not recommend going there at all you will get screwed out of money for halfassed work. They do not call with updates refuse to help you in the slightest only go here if you need tires and oil otherwise your work may or may not get done. Now my car wont run when i took it in running and driving now sounds like its missing off 3 cylinders cant stay running. After failing to fix my car the first time, I had to return it to the shop and wait another three days for it to be completed. While it was there they melted my battery, so I had to buy a new battery the day after I got my car back. The car drove appropriately for about two weeks before presenting the exact same issue again. I attempted to follow up with them to get some assistance about bringing the car back in, and I found out the mechanic who had messed up my car twice now had been fired. Clearly an indication of the quality of work they had done on my vehicle. The owner never responded to any of the multiple phone calls I made. There was no attempt for any kind of customer service in regards to even assuring confidence in a successful repair if I were to bring my vehicle back in. There has never been any ownership taken for where they made mistakes with my vehicle. They are dismissive, unprofessional, shady, and have some of the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. The only exception I can say to that is the girl at the front desk has never been anything other than polite and helpful. At least there is one person who is an ethical, competent part of their company. read more
