I was hesitant as the previous guys were so inconsistent and I constantly had to monitor when they were coming. This hasn't even been close to the case with Higher Ground. Not only are they very consistent and reliable, but their crews go above and beyond to collect every bit of debris in my yard packed behind my AC unit, or neatly raking my gravel driveway. They are also very proactive on communication, such as when they got rained out and had to delay service. It's this kind of stuff that really takes a burden off a homeowner. I also appreciate how they took my request for afternoon service since all the people in my house work late nights and don't want to be woken by a blower out their window at 7am.
