So we drive there, they had 2bays with cars on them, which indicates that he is busy working on them and that we were in for a wait. I went in and told him the problem, had him come out to see it, and he said ok no problem. He moved one of the cars out, drive our car in, replaced the faulty leaky valve in 10mins. And we were ready to go. Quick and painless. Good customer service!! 5 stars for this experience. I definitely know where to go if I have any auto problems when visiting my sister.

If you are familiar with the brand, Princess Auto sells all kinds of car maintenance products, and shelving and other items to outfit your garage to do the repairs and maintenance required. They have things to fix your car: wheels and tires (after all, it's winter now... are your snow tires on?); doodads to check the pressure of your tires; trailer hitches; and all and sundry for the DIY car enthusiast. So why do *I* like it when I don't know the right side of a wrench? Because they are Canadian owned and operated, and they sell work gloves and those heating things to keep your hands and feet warm in the winter. I go there maybe every 3-4 months to check out what is on display. It's different than a hardware store, but also good and useful.
