I've been going to this repair shop for years since it was even the Petro Canada Certigard and the repairs have been consistently good. I've never had time to get to know the owner or the mechanics so I am not getting some preferential treatment, I just get good work at a reasonable price, the same as any other stranger would get. I've never had any unnecessary repairs and I've never had problems with a repairs of theirs in 7 years so I do recommend this shop! read more

This place is great. Not knowing too much about cars, I am always worried that auto shops are going to take me for a ride. I have consistently received quality work from these guys at very reasonable prices and I have never once felt that I was being taken advantage of. The owner is a really nice guy. Extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he treats everyone with the same level of respect. I haven't dealt with everyone there but my mechanic Paul is a fantastic guy and was able to give me a lot more attention than my dealership ever has. My wife and I have been using this service station for the past 34 years when it was owned and operated by Brian Casey and since taken over and owned and operated by Greg Ogilvie. We have never been disappointed with either the service or the work done. In most cases whenever we have dropped the car or SUV off in the morning for any work to be done, the car or SUV would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. The only time this has not happened is when parts have had to be ordered and there were either delays with the delivery or the required part was dropped off too late to make the necessary repairs the same day. The pricing has always been very reasonable. Greg and his staff make every effort to save the customer money. There have been instances when I have brought a vehicle to make an appointment to fix a problem I may be having and sometimes Greg or one of his staff would take a few minutes to see what was wrong and get things working just fine within minutes and would not charge for their service! We, in Barrhaven, are very lucky to have such qualified, dependable, and dedicated mechanics. You're the best! read more

I've been going to this auto centre for a few years now. They are always very helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they have gone above and beyond to ensure I get good service. The only thing I would say is that they are very busy (that happens when you provide good service). I sometimes have to wait three weeks for an oil change when I make an appointment. I think it's worth the wait most of the time. read more

I'd rate them 10 stars if only I were allowed! I took my car to them when the dealer has given up on trying figure out what's going on. I was greeted in a friendly manner and when they found out I was from Barrhaven, they drove me home and picked me up again when the car was ready. Greg worked on my car and cleaned some contacts. The trouble was severe so they advised me to go and bring my car back to the dealer since it's still under warranty. After all the checks they've done to my car, they didn't charge me for anything but the fuel injector cleaner they put in my tank (which was only 10). People from the vicinity, like me are so lucky we have an auto workshop so close to home, with awesome customer service and nice staff. The quality of work is also superb. After your relationship with your dealer has ended, I highly recommend to go to them for all your car's needs: maintenance or repair. You won't regret it. read more
