When I went back to address the issue, I didn't get any real solution, just excuses. Brakes are one of the most important safety components, and it's unacceptable to have them done carelessly. An oil change is the most basic service a mechanic can do, so if that can't be done correctly, it makes me question the quality and attention to detail on more serious repairs. These mechanics are truly honest! They could have taken advantage of the situation but they didn't and they didn't even charge me for inspection. So I brought my car back to have the differential oil replaced. Same day service but you might have to wait all day so plan on leaving it for a few hours.
