Let me tell you... Nas went above and beyond!! We were looking for someone who could resolve our wall/plumbing issues in a few days before an upcoming event. Nas was able to come the same day. I first spoke to him at 12PM and he offered to come by at 2PM -- the same day! He was incredibly helpful in resolving our wall and plumbing issues in a short amount of time and for a very reasonable price. However, what I appreciated most, was that he took the time to explain some of the issues to me. For example, I had no idea that the tub drain linkage was too long, which was causing our slow drainage. Not only did he clear the blockage in the drain out, but he also fixed the tub drain linkage by hand. And he explained the issue to me (a non-handy person) very patiently so I could understand. He also took great care to repair some small holes left in our wall. Silly me thought that any white paint would do, but Nas explained that there are many different finishes and tones to white paints, so I should make sure I have the right paint color to avoid a mismatched wall. As a woman who is not particularly handy, I really appreciated Nas' patience and kindness in resolving my issues. And I am absolutely delighted with the perfect outcome/fixes! Thank you, Nas!! He did a complete walk through of the interior of my house to assess for any roof leakage and then went right to work on the exterior roof structure. He took several pictures and explained to me that my roof was leaking in several places. He asked if I wanted it repaired right then and there to prevent further damage until I could secure a roof replacement. I agreed and he immediately went back up and repaired any areas that needed it. He explained everything he was going to do and also took pictures of the work finished. He was also very reasonably priced. I had spoken to other companies who provided appraisal services and they were expensive and none of them offered any type of temporary repairs to prevent further damage. Day one, was pretty good, two guys started the job, but were not able to complete in one day. One of the "day one guys" informed me that he doesn't normally work my area, and would not be returning to complete the job. Because it was obvious that he was the most knowledgeable regarding cabinet installation, i callec NIHS to inform them that I was willing to wait until he was available, unless they had someone as knowledgeable. I was informed that they would send someone with matched skills. When they day arrived to complete the job, they sent one of the original guys, who had already admitted that he wasn't very experienced in cabinet installs, and more or less, followed the lead of the experienced guy. The second guy looked like a high school student, so I thought, ok, you cant judge a book by it's cover. However, when the first challenge arose, he had no clue as how to deal with it. He literally just stood there and scratched his head. He really didn't have a clue!! Well the inexperienced cabinet guy had to take charge, and I will let the pictures speak for the work.

This small grassy area was an eye sore with dead bushes and weeds. Manuel and his crew removed the dead bushes and weeds from the grassy area, framed it out to create a concrete boarder, then added pavers in the center exactly how we asked. He very accommodating, listened to our ideas snd worked with us to transform this area. In the back he not only did a great job creating a concrete space we can now use as a patio but also removed an old wooden deck we had in the back that really needed to go. He also resurfaced the foundation wall surrounding the house. Manuel and his crew were professional and easy to work with. His price was competitive and at the end of the day my property was left clean and neat. I recommend them and will be using them again in the spring for more work needed on our home.
