The woman that works the front desk is always very friendly. She even let me pick what I wanted to watch on the lobby TV since no one else was there. I was taken back and met Dr. Arshawsky. He went through all of my teeth and I discussed the issues and some of my dental history. He seemed very thorough and gentle! I'm seriously like a kid when I have to go to the dentist - I want to kick and scream because I usually have my mouth ripped up. When it came time to do my deep cleaning, I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. Arshawsky did it himself and not the dental assistant. He numbed the sensitive parts of my mouth and talked me through everything and went slow for me as to not hurt my already sensitive gums. All around I'm happy to find a dentist that took the time he did and made sure I was comfortable. A little extra perk is that above each patient chair they have a TV on the ceiling for you to watch to help take your mind off the dental work!
