The workers there are brainwashed into thinking that me taking their job is somehow akin to automation, in which a dangerous or repetitive task is taken on by machines. This is simply to cut the stores overhead, of which they had little to begin with. I will stop going here while simultaneously encouraging all of my friends and associates to only scan every other item. If they don't like this, they should fire these people and do it their damn selves.

After having to detour through a lot of iffy neighborhoods at 1 in the morning to try and get to the highway, I was delighted to find this gas station was still open and was really cheap. It really saved my bacon, you could say. It works perfectly well and the prices are among the lower end in the area. There's also one of those typical district Detroit style hot dog shops here. Or as they call them "Coney Islands". Don't ask. Open until 1 in the morning ready to serve you up with some sinful treats before or after you pump your gas. So that was pretty awesome. They make good stuff too.

The few spaces they do have are…read morefilled with people parking like idiots..I don't know what it is about this gas station and people parking wherever they please! I find the staff very lacking in the friendly department as well. A few years a go my sister paid cash for gas here. She went out and pumped her fuel and her tank was full before the amount got up to what she had already paid. So, naturally she went in for a refund...which they refused to give her!! Now, I completely think she should have gotten a receipt - but she had just been in there...they KNEW how much she had paid and KNEW how much she had gotten in gas but nope - they wouldn't give her her money back!!
