R&R pest control responded to my call about a wasp nest that got out of hand on my second story . I was hesitant to knock it down simply because it wasn't just a small average size nest but had gotten a bit out of hand and larger than I usually have dealt with in the past . The owner was very professional and extremely polite . He told me to text my info over Friday when I called and he would get back too me with a day and time to show up for the following week . He was quick to respond and told me Monday between 12-2 and gave me a decent quote for a one time visit . Monday the owner of R&R pest control showed up on time and took care of the giant wasp nest along with spraying the perimeter of my home and was even nice enough to remove a nest off my neighbors house . I'm pleased with the service would definitely recommend trying them out . Again they are very friendly provide prompt service and you'll be supporting a local business. I reached out for a quote and their availability. The woman who responded gave me the rate and said it was possible someone could come out "this afternoon or Tuesday". That was Jennifer according to the email signature. Hours went by without any follow up. I sent a message asking for "any news" and someone responded: "...she emailed at 2 asking about this afternoon". Just that line. Obviously, the person who sent that snarky line didn't intend for me to see it. They included me by accident. It was as if to say I was being unreasonable. In Jennifer's first response to me, however, that morning she offered the possibility of getting me on the schedule that afternoon depending on my address. I promptly replied with my address. I heard nothing back. That's why I reached again asking for any news. All they had to do was say, "sorry we didn't get back to you sooner we can schedule something for Tuesday". Instead, Greg (the owner) picked up the convo by sending that snarky line to his office manager (nothing to me in response to my request for an update on my request for service). He only apologized and finally offered me an appt AFTER I wrote this review. He had plenty of opportunity to respond directly to my emails (plural!!) before I submitted this review but he didn't. That's the problem. You should always treat potential customers with basic consideration because we're human and deserve that. You shouldn't turn on the good customer service mode only after a low review on Yelp. read more

I wanted to make sure I left Greg & Ayden a good review because I felt like we made them earn their money when it came to an ant issue we had in our guest bathroom. I believe I initially called Greg back in early October to come out and spray/put out traps for some tiny rover ants that had been crawling all over in our guest bathroom. Greg's assistant Ayden came out and sprayed and laid traps and for a few days we thought the ants were almost gone but unfortunately they came back. So Greg came back out and then Ayden came out again. It took them three trips in all but eventually the ants did dissipate. I just want to commend Greg and Ayden for their patience and diligence in helping us get rid of our ant issue. I would highly recommend Greg and R&R Pest Control. read more

Have been very pleased with R&R. We moved into our house a few months back and noticed it had a pretty bad pest issue. The house was on the market for a few months and it backs up to a greenbelt so there were plenty of pests ready to call the place home. Looking through Nextdoor and Yelp I saw a good pattern for R&R, so I figured I would give them a try. So far I have been very happy. We rarely see any major pest issues either inside or outside. They come around every other month and I barely know they are there other than them letting me know. They got everything (interior and exterior spradone in a timely fashion. However, we never saw a full eradication of the pests. Just a minimization. We have a 3 month old and it's pretty disappointing that it was not fixed all the way. Nothing more disgusting than finding a flea on your baby's leg. Tried to message them about it but never got a reply. Update: got a message back after posting. They offered to come back out and get everything fixed up within the week. Everything seems to be working so far, fingers crossed. Thankful they got everything done so quickly! read more

I used to be my own pest control guy spraying stuff from Home Depot -- when I remembered... that was up till about 2012 when a scorpion walked onto my shoulder in my bed. Next morning, I called one of those big name shops and also called R&R. Greg was out within a couple hours spraying for scorpions, and all the other creepy crawlies. Fast forward 8 years, and I am still a very happy R&R customer. I can say that I haven't seen a scorpion since that fateful night (knock on wood), and that is worth any price. 2 years ago, we had a mouse move into our garage, Greg & team were out to provide rodent bait. If any issues come up between services (recently got some silverfish) I an just send them a quick email and have a reply shortly, and offers repeat service if needed. There are a lot of options out there for pest control. Using a small locally owned shop is really the best way to go. Everyone has the same chemicals, what you are really looking for is a responsive company who can offer a smooth experience. R&R is great! read more

This is another one of those reviews where you think you did it FOREVER ago, only to see you didn't. So this is long overdue! Greg has been doing our houses (we've moved more then I care to remember) the last few years. He is always there when he says he will be, charges a fair price and I trust him completely. When we were buying our latest house, the termite guy (who my inspector had brought along, I had no idea Greg even did termite inspections. he does) totally screwed us by checking a wrong box. Of course this wasn't caught until we were down to the end and the other pest guy wasn't willing to help. Fly in Greg to save the day! He came out right away and did a new termite inspection for us for a much better price then our inspector charged us. He continues to spray our house every few months and will spot treat if I find any creepy crawlies in between (which rarely happens) If you are looking for a small family business that is honest and reliable, don't search any further.
