I've been with this company for several months now. I feel like we're getting good service at a reasonable rate. I haven't looked closely into just how safe the chemicals are but I'm placing my trust in this company. Beats a conventional exterminator, I suppose. We've only had them spray inside once (first visit) and it didn't smell toxic. What I really appreciated when I first reached out to them is that the owner talked to me himself. He took the time to explain everything and patiently answer all my questions. I also liked how they offered a complimentary vulnerability assessment during the initial visit. Basically looked around the exterior of the home and noted potential areas where bugs can enter. It wasn't extremely thorough but for a free service that essentially works against them, it was pretty helpful. The techs are always really nice and easy to talk to. read more

William Peters, our EvoFoam technician, came out this morning to do our July pest control service. I like the fact that he always checks in with me to see if I have any questions or concerns. This gives me an opportunity to say hello and to discuss any out of the ordinary pest problems. He always takes his time applying the various stages of their eco-friendly treatments. EvoFoam responded to our request for service and set the first visit promptly. They delivered a report of throngs of fire ants coming through our dining room/kitchen wall. They've so far treated the exterior of that wall. Still some activity but, it may need a couple of applications. Reached out to Scott at EvoFoam who promptly scheduled a follow-up to kill the remaining ants in the wall voids. William was on time and treated the area inside this visit along our outside wall. None of the other companies that I put out feelers to gave me any information about where to find this information. If you have a pest issue, this is the company to call. I had a complicated rat infestation in my older pier and beam house. I had been using Critter Ridder for almost a year, and they charged me a ridiculous amount and never caught a single rat. Aaron immediately found the entry point, and we began catching rats. When I heard noises again he listened to what was going on and immediately addressed the issue. He's extremely knowledgeable, IDing the types of rats immediately, and addressing specific entry points based in the infestation I was dealing with. These guys are the absolute best. Don't hesitate to hire them! We had some uninvited rodent guests in our attic recently. Our regular pest guys came out to give an estimate for rodent proofing and trapping, but I figured I should get a second opinion. I messaged Evo Foam, and the owner, Damian, responded to me right away. He and his partner, Aaron, were at my house in about two hours! They gave me an estimate that was lower than the other guy and were able to start the work immediately. Aaron came out to check our traps FOUR more times over the next two weeks to make sure we were rodent free. He seemed to really care about our family and home and wanted to make sure the problem was taken care of. Thanks to Evo Foam, our rodent problem is completely resolved. Their customer service, knowledge, and skill are top notch. We went ahead and signed up with these guys for quarterly pest service, and their rates are among the lowest I've found. Called Evo Foam when I found some rodent droppings in our attic. Aaron was our tech and he was awesome. He came out for a consult and identified squirrels and rats had recently found their way in. He found 3 areas in our roof where they were getting in. He quoted a fair price to install metal flashing painted to match our trim that also included baiting and killing the rats every 3 days until all activity ceased. Made the appointment for a week later. He showed on time as promised for each of his appointments and was always willing to explain everything he was doing. Did a great job sealing the roof (can't even see it from below) and killed all 7 rats within 10 days of service. He was also very knowledgeable about all things involving pests and gave me some great pointers in other areas as well. Aaron and Evo Foam are top notch and I highly recommend them! read more

I have used a few other pest control companies in the past. But, Evo Foam is by far the best when it comes to pest! I must say our experience with Chad Hickman as been incredible! He is top notch when it comes to customer service! They service my neighbor's house as well and Chad always makes it a point to check in with me while he is in the area to be sure we are all set. We decided to switch Pest Control Companies and EvoFoam was recommended to us. I'll say they did not disappoint. The price was reasonable (They offer 3 packages offering different levels of service). The Service tech Damian was great. He spent a lot of time with us doing a very thorough treatment ( even the curbside garbage cans) explained everything he was doing, and the reasoning behind it. This was very welcome versus our prior Pest Control Company that was recommended by our builder who would charge us the same amount EvoFoam did and do 1/3 the service. Sometimes never showing up. He inspected the poops with his hand and held up close to him, then he went up to the attic to look for signs of active rodent activities. He honestly told me there are no signs of rodent activities but gecko. When I see Jake from Evofoam get out of the truck, I know he will do a top-tier job. I do not feel I have to follow Jake around or check to make sure things were done properly. If I am here he checks back in before he leaves and lets me know what he found, the condition of the bait boxes, if they needed to be filled, and any suggestions he has to keep my place pest free. This is especially important to me as I AirBnB the house. Not only is Jake protecting my home but he is also protecting my business and my status as an Airbnb Super host. So glad I found this company! First let me say that this is by far, the best customer service we have received from a pest control company. They were very communicative, they showed up on time, and they put my wife completely at ease. Having someone go through your home to do a needed service is always a little uncomfortable, but Damian and company were very friendly, very respectful, and answered all of her questions. They were very thorough as well. I purposely neglected to tell them about some wasp nests that were not very obvious to see if they would miss them.
