Still a very happy customer after a decade of service. The same tech has come out for the past several years so he knows my property well. Fast and courteous service and everyone in the office is delightful as well. Since having to helping my 17 year old fur-son cross the rainbow bridge couple of years back, there's no concern for chemicals and contact any longer, BUT if you do have pets in your home.Absolutely no worries. They followed instructions meticulously and E never got ill. Very grateful. Pricing is very comparable, and I think the service is actually better than anyone else in the area. Maybe I'm biased? Still 5 star service after a decade or so. Ranger treated my rural property successfully for scorpions on a quarterly basis. We moved to the suburbs and our house had numerous types of beetle bugs & the home inspector thought there was rodent droppings in the attic. Ranger sent a rodent specialist tech & after looking in the attic & under sinks he didn't find any rodent droppings so no special treatment was needed. These guys are amazing! We recently had a scare about termites from a dodgy sales/pest control company who recommended a very expensive treatment plan (bait station that required an annual renewal for over $4000). We were skeptical so we reached out to Ranger Termite and they came out to inspect our home within a few days. The person who came by was extremely honest and gave us his opinion and recommendation. Apparently most companies dont recommend bait stations because they end up attracting more termites to your home. The treatment Ranger recommended was more reasonable and it made more sense so we decided to go with them. They came by next week to do the treatment and was here at our home for a while taking their time and did not rush through the job. These guys are super honest and reasonable. I've used Ranger for a few years not and I have nothing but good things to say. Pretty much every service, Danielle comes promptly at our scheduled time and is very courteous and respectful. She will typically treat the inside first which involves spraying solution around the baseboards (which become pet safe after they dry), and then she will work out the outside. She looks for signs of ants, will clear hornet nests, mud daubers, and other pets she sees around the home. Service is usually pretty quick and easy and if you have a credit card on file with them, they'll just charge it there. The whole process is pretty seamless. With Ranger, if you have any bug or pest issues between treatments, you can call them and they'll come back and take care of it for you at no extra charge. I've only had to do this once, and other than that my home has pretty much been bug/pest free. I've been recommending this company to friends and clients as I've been very pleased with their service. read more

I went with Ranger because a former neighbor recommended them. I had a wonderful experience with them in that home and took them with me when I moved to a new place, in a new part of town. However, the individual we had assigned to us in the new location wasn't as thorough or as experienced as the individual we were accustomed to. We felt a bit shorted and saw our pest issues persist even after treatment. I should have called to send someone/him back out, but life happened, and I didn't get around to it. I waited until our next quarterly maintenance. They called to book, and I did for a week or so later. That same day they charged me $104 and some change. I was very confused because they hadn't provided service, and it seems very strange to charge someone prior to service. I called, and they said it was because they hadn't charged me for last quarter. But when the service rep, I mentioned above, came by that quarter, he informed me there was a credit surplus on the account and nothing was owed. I didn't think anything of it, until I called to ask about the new charge. The woman I spoke to said he must have meant there was a credit card on the account, not a credit surplus. Which is not at all what the gentleman said. And I didn't appreciate her spinning a situation she wasn't even there for. Regardless, why were they charging me three months later if there was a credit card on file? She said she didn't know - that it just didn't process. There was no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." There was no attempt to try to make it right, just tried everything possible to recoup the money that clearly the employee didn't charge for. Unfortunately, that is not my fault as a customer, and expecting me to pay multiple extermination fees back-to-back because of their error is unacceptable. I explained that exact situation to the lady on the phone and she did not care. I told her to cancel my appointment, and she just let it happen. Didn't even try to retain me as a customer. In my view, that is a poor customer experience AND poor business practice. What if I couldn't afford back-to-back payments? What if I didn't have the money in my account when they withdrew to make up for their mistake? Just unacceptable. I'll be going with someone else and do not recommend. read more

Just wanted to drop a note about how good the pest service is at this company. They answer the phone, get you scheduled quickly and the technicians are top notch. I have never had a negative experience with Ranger and I am a high maintenance customer. Their regular pest control service is very effective but every so often we have some weird extra problem, wasps, acrobat ants in an upstairs window, rover ants in the kitchen. Each time this has happened, Ranger has dispatched a tech promptly and dealt with the issue. Our regular guy is Zach who is the most kind, patient guy you could imagine. He is very good at explaining what he is doing and why and has never failed to control the pests. Give him a raise! Fees are reasonable and competitive and their service is superior to other companies I have used. It's always great to have a local business that cares about their customers. I have used Ranger for over 7 years. I've had 3-4 technicians over the years, and all have been effective. Our current technician is Zachary, and we've enjoyed him for many years. He is always on time or early, always personable, and always professional. He inquires about any issues, he comes back out if we need him between services, and he is on top of everything. Our pests have been 2-3 types of ants, roaches and earwigs. We may see dead bugs between sprayings, but they're dead. Having used Chem-Free and ABC, we're much happier with Ranger, mostly because of Zach. read more

It is crazy to think I have been using Ranger now for over 5 years! I use them for my personal home residence and for my office for work. The price is fair and they do a good job. Scheduling and rescheduling is easy. Humans answer the phones. I usually opt for the 8-9am time slot and they are almost always 5-10 min early if not right on time. I highly recommend Ranger and am glad I found them. I really like that if bugs show up in between my quarterly services they come out on a no-fee service call since I do the quarterly program. Also - my current tech Zach R. is super professional and friendly. All the techs over the years have been that way. I think Ranger is doing a great job!! Thanks ya'll! read more
