They falsely claimed her furnace had a crack and submitted photos of a completely different unit. Their estimate was more than $4,000 higher than the cost of a new furnace. When questioned by the warranty company, they stopped responding entirely. Another licensed HVAC company inspected the system and confirmed it only required an $80 repair -- not a full replacement. Extremely deceptive business practices. I would give zero stars if possible
