Dishonest and Unethical Practices This company attempted to scam my daughter her husband and 3 young children 2 of them under 5 years old and her home warranty provider. They falsely claimed her furnace had a crack and submitted photos of a completely different unit. Their estimate was more than $4,000 higher than the cost of a new furnace. When questioned by the warranty company, they stopped responding entirely. Another licensed HVAC company inspected the system and confirmed it only required an $80 repair -- not a full replacement. Extremely deceptive business practices. I would give zero stars if possible read more

They were sent to our house by our warranty provider. We thought that they were in contact with our warranty provider the whole time but in fact they never sent over any information on either our old or new furnace or the reason that we needed a new furnace. On top of this, when they cleaned out our air ducts, they left a mess everywhere. I had to wash a couple of comforters, vacuum, dust, etc. Would highly not recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work done. read more

***STAY AWAY*** The technician, Nathan, arrived with the sole purpose to sell me a new furnace, not do a repair. He tried his best to convince me the home warranty wouldn't cover the repair and I needed to finance a new furnace with them. However, I didn't fall for their trap and started asking questions to the home warranty company on speaker once the claim was denied, with the technician still in the house. Apparently, Nathan only sent pictures of the furnace being dirty, so the home warranty company stated that's why the claim was initially denied, but I found that to be odd since Nathan said the heat exchanger had a crack and he sent them photos of the crack. The home warranty stated they didn't receive photos of anything with a crack. Since they were on speaker and he was busted, Nathan said he would resubmit, which he did, and the home warranty approved the repair right away. However, the technician refused to order the part without, the owner's permission. Nathan never responded to the home warranty's request for updated labor costs for over 24 hours, so they reassigned to another company. Technician said he did respond when I had him on the phone, but the home warranty said they never received anything. I attempted to order the part from Lennox myself because it was under warranty, but they said you have to be a licensed HVAC technician to order it and that it was most likely local and could be picked up same day. Called two days in a row talking to Tesla, the receptionist in the Office, she took messages, but the owner, Mike, never returned any calls. The technician ghosted the home warranty company and the owner was too much of a coward to call me to talk. Waste of a $100 service call. read more

I meant both owners Mike and Nathan and they are so nice. Nathan came out and looked over the old furnace and said it was a goner.... there was no way of saving it. The next day I had a new furnace put in for me. I was so happy they weren't pushy at all on which furnace I should get. The technicians Preston and Mike are so hard working they kept everything nice and neat and clean. It is so nice to have heat in the house again. They are a great company I will suggest this company to all my friends and family. read more

continuation of review- I had no problem paying the trip fee which according to my contract through Choice Warranty should have been $85. My mother was there and paid the additional $50 as was not aware of the $85. The warranty company made the agreement with you to service for $85. I understand the trip was longer than expected but the agreement was between you and Choice on the $85 and myself and Choice- you should not have taken the job and charged the additional when you got to the residence. read more

I had this company come to my home for the first time to service my 3 furnaces before winter. Michael Bland, the owner, was very friendly and did an excellent job of serving my 3 furnaces and letting me know of possible upcoming issues with the older furnace. I had checked with the BBB before having the come and they had an A rating. I was on Angi and they had 5 companies contact me. Tesla was quick to call after I submitted my request on Angi. If I could give a zero stars I would. I called my Home Warranty Company (2-10 Homebuyers Warranty) because the fan on my ac quit working. They set an appointment for me with Comfort Advisors. It was to be at 8 am on 4/16. At 8 am I called the office. They said they were short staffed and that they would be there before 10 at the very latest. I called at 10 am and she called the owner Michael Bland. She reported that he would be there by 11:30. At 11:20 Michael Bland the owner showed up. He looked at the ac. He measured how far it was from the house. He did not look at any part of the ac unit. He told me that he suggested to the warranty company to replace it and relocate it so that he could work on it easier (it has been in this location since 1993). It has been worked on before. He couldn't give me a price estimate or anything. He stated that it needed an new fan and capacitor. He said he was waiting for a call back from the warranty company to get an ok. Warranty company called me within 15 minutes telling me that he had called them and stated that he told them he wouldn't work on it because of its location. I called him and questioned him about it. He told me that didn't say that. Since then I have had two more calls from 2-10 stating that he told us both different stories. He collected his $65 check and was on his merry way. VERY DISHONEST. Bashed service contract companies and lied to me. BTW service contract company is sending out a new contractor to look at the situation. Too bad its hard to find honest people.
