Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. We were told things about our vehicle and the repairs that later did not add up. After being given different explanations and being dragged through the process, we ultimately got our vehicle back with the A/C NOT working. We went into this trusting the professionals to be honest with us, communicate clearly, and either repair the vehicle or be upfront if they couldn't. Instead, we were left frustrated, with unanswered questions and a vehicle that still had the problem we needed addressed. I don't expect every repair to be simple, and I understand that sometimes a shop may not be able to diagnose or fix an issue. What I do expect is honesty, transparency, and straightforward communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Walker Automotive. We will not be returning.
