After waiting for someone to become available they were un able to help me, so I think a lot of time for both me and them could've been saved if they were patient and actually listened to my questions and helped me understand. They offered no other options for me, but thankfully another nearby notary was helpful and helped me. The customer service here is lacking severely, they should train their staff to be patient with clients and listen to them instead of being dismissive. Thank you

Recently, another…read moretax professional identified a potential error related to the depreciation claimed on my rental property...something I would not reasonably be able to catch or verify on my own as a non-accountant. When I reached out to the office for clarification, I was told it would cost an additional $250 just to review the return and address questions or corrections. I do not believe it is appropriate to charge a client to fix or explain a potential error made during the original preparation. What's more concerning is that I was told that because I reviewed and signed the return, they are not responsible for assisting further. This is unrealistic...clients rely on professionals for their expertise, especially for complex areas like depreciation, which are not easily understood or verified without specialized knowledge. This experience reflects very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this firm and would advise others to seek a preparer who stands behind their work.

Here are some highlights of my experience: Eli is very knowledgable and is able to explain everything easily so that people like me who feel like taxes are a foreign language can understand. I came in assuming I was going to owe so much bc I had no idea what I was doing or how taxes even worked.. but Eli answered all of my questions with patience even though I know I was probably asking the same question over & over lol.
