For starters, the prices are drastically higher. I needed to print a label and he told me the 2 sheets were $5.79. Not for shipping the product, just printing. Insane! They also charge you for tape. The customer service agents are incredibly impatient and lack empathy. I am temporarily disabled and using a walker and was struggling to get the box to his counter while maintaining my balance, he kept rushing me. However, I had patiently waited just like everyone else. I found a new replacement store because this is just not worth the frustration.

We needed the forms signed, notarized and shipped overnight from Long Island to LA. Thankfully, the owner is a loan officer, so he was able to assist in the process. Within hours, he went to the home, got the signatures and he completed the forms and had them shipped. We found he did his due diligence, following up with the agents to confirm everything was in play. He was responsive, accessible, clear and easy to work with. Will use him again and suggest others do, as well. Truly 24 hour service.

Although UPS is a franchise is does not mean two stores will operate and be ran the same way. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy of the UPS staff. The employees greeted me and took care of my Spectrum return in a jiffy. I was in and out in no time. I ended up misplacing my receipt which contained the tracking info. I called the store to see if they could look up my tracking info. Not only was I provided with the tracking #, but I also received a confirmation # so that I could provide it to Spectrum should they need it.
