The first clue should have been when I walked in and found that the tellers were actually drive thru machines in the lobby. I was there to cash a check that was from a UFCU member and I do not have an account there (thank god). They wanted my thumbprint on the check, drivers license, phone number, and still jerked me around for 30 minutes. Then they wanted me to give them my social security number and tell them where I work. I told them no and demanded my stuff back and left. MY BANK GLADLY CASHED THE CHECK.
