Moises and his entire staff were superb in their work on our home. We needed multiple rooms of hardwood floors refinished. Moises did the job on time and on budget. The workmanship was top notch the entire way. He even fixed free of charge a "goof-up" of mine when I was forced to walk across a still wet floor finish to close an exterior door that was inaccessible unless I walked on the hardwood floor. My wife and I had Moises remove three bedrooms of carpet and to our surprise we had 2 1/2 bedrooms of hardwood floor underneath and a 1/2 bedroom floor that underneath that was nothing but plywood. Moises' Father and a very hard working young crew member laid down new hardwood floor in record time over the unfinished spot as well as they fixed two locations where pet urine had damaged the hardwood floor. In the end it would be impossible to know that level of repair had been performed in that bedroom. A very impressive job for sure. One of the best parts of Moises' work was that it was ultimately a very clean job. You would think sanding 1500 square feet of flooring would make the entire home filthy. Somehow Moises' crew kept the dust levels to what I would call an absolute minimum. Very impressive. We sold this home quickly, in part because of Moises' great work. When he finished with the home we sold we were so confident of Moises work that we hired him a second time to finish the hardwood floors in our new (used) home. As well as lay new carpet. Same great results. In our new home Moises ran out of trim at the very very end of the job on a Friday afternoon. He literally lacked about one foot of trim to finish. He was incredibly accommodating and worked around our busy schedule to come back when we were available to finish the job. As noted, after the first job we hired him for an even larger second job. Given the excellent experience we had back in 2019, When it's time to replace carpet on 2nd floor and stairs and we came back to them. Moises quickly came over and gave a reasonable quote and even a discount for being a returning customer. Moises did a fantastic job lacing in new floorboards to patch a gap when we removed our fireplace hearth extension. This was tricky since the original floorboard model is no longer in stock, so we procured a different manufacturer's floorboards that didn't fit precisely with the existing ones. My general contractor expressed concern that it'd be hard to achieve a seamless result. But Moises assured me during the on-site estimate that he and his crew had the workmanship and tools to do it well--and indeed he did! The finished outcome is as close to perfect as a patch job could be (see photo). It turned out better than I expected. Also, communication with Moises was a huge pleasure. He consistently responded to my text messages within 15-30 minutes. And in person, Moises answered all my questions with clear and detailed explanations, conveying a strong impression of experience and professionalism. Rubio is patient, diligent and thorough. Our vinyl floors got flooded with water so it buckled and lifted and it was getting worse as the days go by. I needed a floor repair stat. His replies were quick. He was patient with my questions and he tried his hardest to fit me in his schedule. He didn't give me a date until he saw the damage in person and made sure I was able to to fit in between his projects since I needed my work done in a matter of days. Rubio and his worker, Hector, didn't cut any corners. I thought the repair was limited to the hallway, but they extended their work into anything that was damaged that I didn't notice (the surrounding rooms, hallway closet) They also replace the wood floors under the vinyl floors due to the moisture. Moises, Victor, Hector, and crew were awesome! Came in on the 11th hour before an Open House and saved the day! Nothing but praise for their "make it happen" attitude but mainly for their attention to detail as "putting their name on it" I.e., personal pride in their workmanship. Replaced water damaged boards and fixed numerous 'issues' that would have set back the project. I met with some small contractors who would do residential work, and all had given me an estimate for replacing the carpet with Floor Tiles of my choosing. Initially the intent was to remove carpet and install floor tiles in one specific room. I selected Rubio's.  His price and mannerism helped me decide to use his services. He came the day and time as promised and started the work. He was to be responsible for moving all furniture etc. in the room. I did have my doubts since the price was very competitive, but I saw his work ethics and I was prompted to change the scope. We did the entire house, and the price was very accommodating. Moises was very good at keeping us informed.  They did an excellent job with the removal of our flooring. Everything was cleaned up in an excellent manner! We were concerned about dirt and a mess, but it was impeccable.  We were always kept up-to-date and informed of the progress and they were punctual and very professional.   His workers, Oscar wo did the floor tiles, Victor and Raul who did the base board and other sheetrock stuff, were honest and hard workers doing an excellent job in their respective fields. He understood and communicated the purpose and cost of the improvement in replacing the carpet with floor tiles. Ours is a full lived-in house. There was a lot of stuff that needed to be moved and we had no space to move it to and store it. His workers did their magic, moved, and worked around the stuff. Moises and his team delivered exceptional results from start to finish. Our project was quite big, and working with him was flawless with no pressure. Very quick to respond to our questions (messages and over phone), extremely patient throughout the scope estimation and contract signing process. Made sure to personally meet with us multiple times during the contract signing process, even if the work could have been done remotely as he wanted to answer any questions/concerns we might have in person. Guided us through the whole process in terms of wood flooring recommendations, working with us on price point, etc. His team (especially German - a special shoutout to him) show their attention to detail and quality of workmanship. They did an excellent job of replacing our 3500+sq ft home flooring with both hardwood and tiles (for kitchen and bathrooms) along with the wooden staircase.
