I am very happy with the results. From start to finish JJPE was great to work with. They were very responsive and flexible when I had to reschedule. When the day came to do the work, they provided an ETA of their arrival time and arrived within the window of time they provided. J. put a lot of effort into making sure the tub was properly prepped before he applied the final finish. J even thought to match the color of the tub to the toilet. He used a large fan to vent the fumes and that helped quite a bit. Even when an issue arose not due to anyone's fault, J. was very understanding and didn't get upset. This really impressed me. First let me say what this is not - it is not a brand new, porcelain finish tub. It is a coating, so it feels a little different and when very closely examined, is not perfectly porcelain smooth. But - if you are choosing to not replace your tub, this is a very good, cost-effective option. It looks great and JJPE was very professional and easy to work with. They took about half a day, left no mess, and minimal lingering odor. I discovered a small flaw the next day and they came right back to fix it.
