Of course stoneware being their speciality, they brought sample stoneware to let me see different shade tones color to pick. Moreover, as added benefit, they also installed my backyard plant watering system. All individual plants has plastic tubing, watering each plant of whole backyard landscape! And enhanced with auto watering. Plants divided into 3 groups get watered same day time but at different times. They set up timer. Mine is twice a week watering 3 to 4 days spaced out. No more self watering them. All work done is gonna save me time! So value wise I'm saving time more inside house than outside. Summer exception I always plant vegetables in summer. He didn't remove any dirt and just put rebar and gravel on top of the original dirt of my backyard. Then the height of cement will cover half of all the vents around my house ( the RED line is the height of concrete being poured). I found out two days he pour the concrete and I stop him. I told him have to remove dirt and the height of cement have to lower than all the vents around my house. He had to call cement company to reschedule. He had to fix what I had requested. Uninstalled rebar, removed gravels then removed dirt. He use the bobcat and damaged the corner my house. Stucco came off and there's a big hole. He fixed it and didn't put water proof. Now the water gets in and damaged the dry wall of my master bedroom. I had to hire stucco pro to fixed it. I called BBB to report him. I don't understand how this guy got 5 stars reviews. I found Guillermo and Rosemary very easy to work with. Guillermo worked with me on some last minute changes without missing a beat. I highly recommend contacting them if you want a good price and quality work! Only negative thing was OK but caught me a little off guard; The demo crew showed up 4 days earlier then the proposed start date.
