Make sure not to go there if your schedule is tight because you'll miss the true experience. As for the products they are all nice and at top quality. My favorite is the Ruby set which is a three steps heat treatment mainly for cleansing and stretching. I also like the light scent of the after shave on my husband's skin. I am not the type of person that spends too much money on skincare products but when we walked by the store the women complimented my shoes so we started to talk and then she invited us all in for a demo on this new product . The experience was really lovely. Then she took us into their facial room and let us all try the eye treatment. We felt like we were having a spontaneous spa day haha. Kristals spa on Rodeo drive is a great spot. I was referred by an event producer which happen to be a good friend who uses their products. My first visit was to get ready for an event I participated in, hosted by the Beverly Hills hotel. I had a facial done which was conducted professionally and I was happy with the results. As part of my daily routine I also use their essential products such as day cream, facial cleanser etc, which are great products and come in large quantities that last longer than average. Out of the entire staff members my favorite beauty consultant is Morgan which always pampers me, but they are all nice and have pretty vast knowledge. Last year while strolling Rodeo dr I was introduced to Kristals by a friend who lives in LA and has been a loyal customer for a long time. In today's changed world, when most purchases are being conducted online, it's always nice to see that there are still businesses providing good old fashioned customer service and focusing on a genuine and personal shopping experience. Kristals on Rodeo Dr offers its customers the most professional, upscale and fun experience. Beyond anything else I've encountered. I was truly blown away! I walked into their beautiful boutique and received a "demo" for their Eye Kit (which was basically a mini spa treatment!) where the sales rep, Gina, thoroughly explained to me all about Botox vs Skin care, and educated me on how each of them works, the good and the bad, etc. She then analyzed my skin type and confirmed what my dermatologist has been telling me, which obviously made me feel so comfortable in seeing that she is really is a highly trained professional. The next step was matching the right products for my skin. Finally, (saving the best for last) I was pampered with an amazing complimentary facial which was such a treat. This was beyond any treatment you would expect at even a five star spa. BEWARE!!!!! I don't write many reviews, but I want my fellow Yelp users to know how awful this place is!!!! This place is TERRIBLE!!! All the 5 star reviews are LIES!!! This is a high pressure sell job with products that DON'T WORK!! They have NO proof this stuff works, and it's nothing but chemicals!!!! They drag you into their shop after an attractive young lady says to come into the store for a free sample.....after she hands out a "regular" sample. They sit you down, and start the hard sell. They don't take NO for an answer. If you say "no", they will give you the "2 for 1" deal. Then if you still say "no", they throw in the face and eye cream....for only a mere $1600.00 dollars. Then they try to sell you some other gadgets. Then they tell you "No Refunds". All this happens in about 5 minutes. I got out alive because my husband got very serious when they kept up the hard sell. Thank goodness! They are so aggressive!!!! My "consultant" claimed she worked with all these famous people.....showed me a "portfolio" of her "clients".....they looked liked bad photo copies of pictures out of an In-Style magazine!! Yikes!!!!!! I don't know how these people, and this "store", are on Rodeo Drive. PLEASE don't get sucked in! I can't say enough bad things about this place. If you do get sucked in....you'll need all the street smarts you have to get the heck out of there ASAP!!!! read more

I really want to post zero stars Times 3,500 which represents the $3500 price tag they put on what they are calling stem cell therapy that is used by the stars as seen on Ellen. I'm trying to enjoy family vacay time walking down Rodeo Dr when a woman standing outside the store thrusts a free sample of face cream in my hand...then said, "oh...let me give u an eye cream sample too" & quickly runs into the store acting as if she is going to hand me another little take away sample...she motions for me to step closer into the storefront as she gets it...before I know it...she is tapping under eye cream under my left eye & blowing it with a fan...all the while fast talking about see how I have lines under my right eye & my left eye is all tight?? Well yes...it was tight all right...like as if I put Elmers school glue under my eye!! Now I had crazy pulled & puckered skin from the supposed stem cell serum. I was furious that she removed all my concealer on that eye & not to mention blusher & powder from her haphazard application... I now I had to resume my shopping day with half a made up face...I told her I was in a hurry & just thought I could hurry out after appeasing her, feeling angry and ridiculous for even entertaining that I wanted her horrendous product. It stung like crazy & she said of course I couldn't be allergic to her product b'cuz no way could one be allergic to your own stem cells! What a ridiculous claim...I'm sure too these were nothing but plant based "stem cells"...plus, even if my own stem cells...I guess she's never heard of auto-immune diseases. Nice establishment and addition to Rodeo Dr. Products are great and not like many out there they do work. The Ruby set featuring the thermal mask and serum are pretty effective. I've been using them for four month and the difference in line's appearance is quite dramatic and noticeable. The sales reps like some other reviewers indicated can be a bit pushy but to me it was just a way to demonstrate their enthusiasm for the products they sell and believe in, nothing too radical. I was on rodeo shopping and I was on the way to my car and a very attractive female was outside of the store and asked if I would be interested in trying a free sample of a cream that would help with some of the bags under my eyes which I've suffered with most of my life. I didn't really want to go in but I felt I'd give it a shot. I was actually blown away 2 to 3 minutes after the cream was put on my bag so my eyes I watched as they completely disappeared. I came back from LA a couple of weeks ago and have been using my miracle creams!!! The store manager Meni was so helpful and understanding me with all skin concerns and helped me find the best creams to get the results I'm looking for. She helped me get a day routine and night routine with the new Elevar skin machine that help my skin absorb the serums better. My skin concerns were aging and my skin was looking dull and dry Meni recommended retinol firming & lifting eye cream, retinol firming & lifting eye serum, retinal age correcting cream, the collagen booster, oxygen instant energizing activating serum and the oxygen instant energizing cream, I must admit they are on the pricier side but so are all the other creams in the market that haven't shown results like these creams have. Since I bought the whole system Meni was sweet and gave me the body wash, body scrub and body lotion as a gift and I must say they smell heavenly. I could not recommend this store enough if you want to look your best you go to the best and thats Kristals Cosmetics Rodeo Drive! I couldn't be happier plus I've been getting so many compliments on how smooth and balanced my skin looks. The products are organic and didn't have a strong scent which gave me the confidant to try them out. While in the store the first thing you notice is the exceptional customer experience this place provides. A skin care professional dedicated good forty five minutes to demonstrate it all, and was helpful in advising which products would possibly fit my sensitive skin the most. He also explained all about the unique concept where all products are gem stones based and consist many essential natural minerals and vitamins. I was impressed by his knowledge as well as his courtesy and decided to try it. The products work well with my skin so far and I am very satisfied I came across this shop. I tried (and purchased!) the sapphire retinol age correcting cream. I love anti-aging products and this one is great, love how hydrating it is.
