We walked in and were immediately greeted like a friend by an associate named Mack. My experience there was top notch!! I never once felt shamed or discouraged from being there, even when I cried. Staff were all very friendly and made sure to encourage me, every step of the way. We were given a booth far away from everyone else, as a courtesy and I was warned about how loud it may get before we ever stepped foot inside. Once Mack noticed I had been crying, I was offered a water and encouraged not to give up. I ended up firing a gun 4 times that day and felt very proud of my accomplishments.
