I called Joe on Saturday and he came over on Monday to look at it. He opened up the inspection port for the distribution box and immediately knew what was wrong. Tree roots had gotten into it. He went to his truck, came back with a hook and was luckily able to pull them all out. Water started to flow out immediately to the leach field. Problem solved. I was thrilled. He set up an appointment for the next day to get the septic tank pumped and the D-box cleaned. I can't thank him enough for solving this for us quickly and as it turned out inexpensively. i am writeing this review because of the experience i had useing difflies drains for a french drain…read moreand a sewer connection. Dennis was the person that came out to bid on the job. once everything was agreed on it started to go down hill. the first 2 times they were going to start they never showed up , never called and couldnt tell me when hey would be there to start the job. i took 2 days off to be there for them , wasted my time. when they finally started they had a skeleton crew. one laboror had just started the other did not want to be there. it was a chore to get them to commit to when they were going to show up. one of the workers were served a no contact order while he was working in hole in my yard. he quit 2 days later. a couple of the workers were good people but the company was a mess. i did understand that dennis was sick and was trying to run the job but i had 3 different people show up to try to finish the job. I have learned that anytime you have work done on your house ypu need to keep a close eye on contractors because they are there to make money and start the next job. thats fine, thats the idea of a buisness. they cut corners every chance they could and made a mess. i still have dried cement on my back patio and on the side of my house from them mixing it for the floor. the french drain was covered in the wrong cement makeing it look like a job a kid did. After working for years in construction i couldnt understand how they were still conducting buisness . equipment was falling apart. you never knew if and when they would show up. and when they were finally done i was asked by one of the workers to make out my final check to an individuale person instead of the company because they didnt know if they were going to be paid. what i saw was very unprofessional. I was glad when everything was finally done but the thing that made me write this review which is the first one i ever did was when a pump that they had installed broke down and i called for a replacement they brought me a new one that wasnt even in the same class of the original. the person who brought it didnt even know how to install it. when i told them i wanted the same sump pump that they originally installed and paid for i was told that i would ave to wait. sisnce then i have called the office at least 20 rimes withing a couple months. office is run by the mother and daughter in law and they did everything to not talk to me. never returned calls and never contacted me. ive tried over a year to fix this before i decided to write this review. this is a warning to anyone thinking of using this company They were the cheapest and they showed why.
