I can not believe I am the first person to write a review about this wonderful law firm. But since…read moreI am then let me do what I do best... My day started out simply with a 55 minute drive to my in-laws in Peachtree City. For some strange reason an elder gentleman in a huge red Silverado pick up truck ran into the back of my SUV. Now it was a beautiful sunny day, so I am still one plus year later confused as to how he missed my big A black SUV. But he slammed into the back of my vehicle, which then pushed me forward into the other stopped vehicle. All I can say is that God was with me on that day. Some how, I did not damage the vehicle in front of me. But my Expedition A/K/A Big Boi lost his life saving mine. My in-laws came to retrieve me from the ER at Piedmont Fayette and my sister in law suggested that I call Attorney Jewkes because he had helped several of her friends win their lawsuits. I could barely move so at that moment I was not thinking about hiring an attorney. As a former paralegal, I am picky when it come to hiring an attorney. This is not the time to make your decision based on a television commercial. Okay people. Look at the reviews online. You can not tell from a commercial how an attorney's office will treat you, but I can. Attorney Jewkes and his staff go out of their way to be kind, patient, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about the personal injury laws in the great state of Georgia. Everything that Jordan (Attorney Jewkes) informed me about throughout this process was performed successfully and timely. I really can not say enough good things about this law firm. If you need help from an attorney that cares about you as a person, and will know you when they see you then this is the place for you. But especially if you want to win your case. Take my advice on this one. I drive almost one hour to get here. The Jewkes Law Firm should be number one on your list of attorneys if you like winners. Add his number to your cell and put a Star by it. You can thank me later! Yelp Family.

I'm extremely disappointed with how my recent case was handled by this law firm, especially given…read morethat I previously worked with them and had a good outcome. I was rear-ended by a drunk driver while stopped at a red light on a highway exit. I have clear phone footage of him admitting fault and even attempting to bribe me on camera. When I contacted the firm, they told me I had a strong case and advised me to seek immediate medical treatment, which I did through a chiropractor they were familiar with. However, the other driver then made a completely false statement to his insurance company, claiming I reversed into him -- on a highway exit -- which makes no sense. Despite having video proof of his intoxication and admission, the attorneys told me the footage "wasn't enough" due to my past accident history even though most were not my fault including the last case they handled or my personal past. Instead of fighting harder, they pivoted and focused solely on building a personal injury claim by pushing me to continue chiropractic treatment. Eventually, they said the case would have to go to trial, but that doing so could backfire because opposing counsel might bring up my personal life and past. After that, communication changed. For months, I was ignored -- no updates, no responses to emails. Then out of nowhere, nearly a year later, I received a cold, generic letter stating they were dropping my case. The next day, I heard from the chiropractor that the attorneys had notified him too. I was left with a $5,000 medical bill for treatment they advised me to undergo -- now with no support, no closure, and no justice. This entire experience has been traumatizing. I was the victim of a drunk driver, with clear evidence, yet I ended up being abandoned and blamed, and now I'm being forced to pay out of pocket for following my attorney's guidance. If you're looking for representation that fights for their clients no matter what, keeps open lines of communication, and doesn't walk away when things get complicated, I strongly recommend working with ethical attorneys who are not centered around money.
