From start to finish, the service was abysmal and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this firm to think twice. First of all, communication was a major issue. I found it extremely difficult to get ahold of my assigned attorney and when I did, they seemed disinterested and unengaged. I continually had to follow up with them myself to get updates on my case, and when I did finally speak to their clerks, it was clear they hadn't even read my file or were not informed of the specifics of my situation. Secondly, the billing process was a complete mess. I received multiple different invoices with different amounts and descriptions of services provided. When I tried to discuss this with the accounting department, I was met with rudeness and impatience. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible without providing any clear explanation for the charges. I have to find another law firm to sort out the mess that this firm allowed and by mess, I mean the drawn up paperwork makes no sense and is completely incorrect.
