Second they not gave us an estimate but options for payment. The overall cost was close to but less than the other guys, but Perdue was no pressure, they offered a better warranty on parts and labor and options for payment. Lastly we support businesses that are local, family owned, and/or veteran owned. It really helps when they don't charge you as if you are bezoar or musk. The first visit didn't clear the clog, but the next day another technician came out and patiently explained everything. Both were courteous, on time, and really knew their stuff.
