He also looked at the existing supply/return trunks, registers, calculated sq footage, air handler, ect. to evaluate that my system was loosing cfm which translates to less efficiency and higher heating and cooling costs. Totally honest, reliable and he's an under 30 something who is working hard to make his way as a HVAC technician and service provider. We just had Nazario HVAC install a 5 zone ductless Air Conditioning system. Our home is intense to say the least to work within as it was built in 1829. His estimate was very competitive and well thought out. His bid included 15 hours of labor. He exceeded that with about 40 hours. He DID NOT bill us - he stuck to and honored his estimate.
