The installer was friendly and very knowledgeable in his trade. The installation was a somewhat difficult one. Both the owner and installer came to the work site and immediately resolved all problems. The cost for the installation was quite reasonable, I intend to use this company in the future and would certainly recommend contacting them for any hot water heater installations
