He took a deposit and then disappeared--no follow-through, no accountability, and no responses despite repeated attempts to contact him. I later discovered that the references he provided were not legitimate. He is not licensed, and there are multiple complaints filed against him with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, which is public record. He has also been featured on ABC15 in Arizona for taking people's money and not completing work. This fake contractor wasted my time and money. Do your homework before hiring--had I known then what I know now, I would have walked away immediately.

The work was "finished" at the end of October. Mind you I had to file a police report and a report with the RoC! Not to mention other actions to make you show up- do the work paid for. December - the right opener arms broke and the hinges of the gate broke off! January the 22 nd left automatic arm broke January you replaced hinges on both gates. February 8th you rebuilt the right side gate after it warped March 19th both opener arms replaced(by your sub) April 1st left arm breaks again ! Again as a result the Gate Warped . No support brace and poor materials/ construction This gate has been in need of repair every month since done! Shame on you
