This caused the heater to kick on and run for approximately 18 hours and empty at least one of the tanks prior to my first intentional use. When I called to discuss this issue, they informed me they always leave propane tanks in the on position (even if they were off upon their arrival) and it is not their responsibility to understand the downstream impacts of leaving the tanks open. I asked what they would do to make it right and they said they had no responsibility and that the wasted propane was my fault. I have never had a propane service leave the tanks open with no regard to the downstream setup of what the propane was being used for. That doesn't seem safe or responsible especially if the tanks were closed when the technician arrived. I do not recommend using this company.

I repeatedly asked Greg to stop making these comments and advances, but he persisted. My last interaction with your manager he gave me an ultimatum to either find a new storage facility or have sex with him also letting me know that the wife said it's OK. He then gave me 2 days to clear out my belongings in which i was informed i could not bring anyone with me onto the property to help. On my last day at 5 pm Greg then began texting me saying he was locking the gates and I had no way out. Why he would say this I have no idea other than some jealous rage from me leaving and turning him down once again. I've been a customer at Cactus Self Storage for 5 years, longer than your management team and I'm completely disgusted with this kind of behavior.

The gentleman working at the front scale house was unprofessional and disrespectful. He began raising his voice, stating that he had been there since 5:00 a.m. and that he was closing early at 3:45 p.m. When my family stepped out of the vehicle to clarify the situation, he continued yelling, saying that their trash was "not his issue" and reiterating that he had been there all day. Additionally, he stopped a coworker as they were leaving, and together they began recording my family as if they had done something wrong. This interaction was inappropriate--especially in front of a child--and did not reflect the level of professionalism one would expect from a business providing a public service. We have previously appreciated the convenience of this location; however, due to this experience, we will unfortunately choose to take our business to the Glendale location moving forward.

We unfortunately couldn't reach anyone by phone but ended up driving by to be sure they were open. They have options for smaller waste or larger waste but it's all easy to use. $45 for up to 1500 pounds.
