This quaint little shop was very nice and cute, and had some nice local merchandise and unique nicnacks. I walked through the shop and could tell it had a nice selection of merchandise and the value of the price appeared to be very good. I went into a separate room that had 50% off merchandise, and found a few things that caught my eye which I ended up purchasing. They were kitchen coasters and they were very decorative and attractive looking. The service at the shop was Ok. The woman behind the cashier table was very nice and said hello when I first walked into the shop. When I checked out, she was very gracious and wrapped my kitchen coasters very carefully so that they would not break. Fivethirty Home is a neat shop with great merchandise, so if you are in downtown Zionsville, you should check it out. It is very nice and worth browsing around.

The new location has lots of nooks and crannies for setting up interesting displays and they do. We stopped by while out doing some Christmas shopping and found the store packed with shoppers. Good to see people supporting these small independent shops. They carry about 1/3 vintage items like globes and suitcases and nicely painted furniture pieces, about 1/3 local artisan decor mostly Indiana themed (which I love) and then about 1/3 reproduction vintage filler such as wrapping paper and trendy letter art. In addition she carries a line of high quality chalk paint and supplies. They teach classes on how to use the chalk paint (which I've been meaning to take). The pieces that she finishes are gorgeous - mostly little side tables. Today they carried a lot of Christas themed items. The owner is very friendly and happy to provide advice on painting. She is indeed gifted. The prices on the chalk paints are a little high so I haven't taken the plunge yet until I know I have time to complete a project. I see many customers coming to buy the paint and supplies so they must be happy. There is street parking available and a free lot across the street but it can be a bear to find a spot on a Saturday. They are not opened on Sunday. I'll be back and perhaps soon I'll take one of her classes.

After climbing a few stairs to enter, the house turned shop has lots of nooks and rooms for a wide variety of items. Lots of Indiana themed things which I love, they have cute notebooks, handkerchiefs, garlands, and lipsense! The prints and postcards are darling, so many different scenes to pick from. I got the impression that a lot of this was all hand made, and to find that in a store is very rare, but enjoyable to be able to go through and enjoy checking out all the different treasures on the shelves. The shop sits next door to LePeep, so after LePeeps, take a second to pop in. I am so excited for Brooke who continues to make her dreams come true. She started painting furniture in her home, and now her business has grown into this beautiful shop. Brooke still paints furniture if you are considering updating an item. She painted a small cupboard for me and did a nice job. The shop is filled with gift items, home decor from furniture to soy candles, vases, greenery, pottery, mirrors, table lamps to floor lamps, Artisan tea towels, wooden lazy susan, artisan dessert plates to framed watercolors to name a just a few items. They even carry a few gifts for a new baby. You can purchase an adorable, sweet swaddling blanket and a precious "My First Snuggled Bunny." To cute!! The location is rather convenient being in a mall and the employee was cool. He told me about the store and told me to let him know if I needed anything.
