A couple of days later I received an estimate for work and material. On the estimate he stated that the job would be done in 4 to 5 days. Work could not be done until there had been at least three day without rain, so everything could dry. The job was started in the last week of may. I advanced Jesse Harkcom $10,000.00 and expected the job to be done at least by the middle of June. With just one person working on most of the days, the job was barely halfway done by the middle of August, so I fired Jesse Harkcom on August 14th. I hire somebody else who started the job on September 8th, and the job was finally finished on September 22nd. I would not recommend Jesse Harkcom and Vision Homes and construction for any job.

Now have discovered they installed HVAC using poor quality equipment that is failing and leaking refrigerant.
