Further, we went weeks without communication and had to initiate follow-up several times, which is frustrating when turning to human tax professionals for support. Finally, to top off the blatant disregard for customer relationships, we were denied a meeting to discuss our concerns and request for a refund due to all of the challenges and poor services rendered.
