Each meal came with 4 tacos featuring small double corn tortillas, and the usual fixings, plus sauce on the side. It was a satisfying lunch. N.B. They don't have their own web site, but do take credit cards and can be found on search engines such as Google. There is parking for a handful of vehicles right there, and more on the street if needed. It is apparent that this food truck is associated with the El Tapatio at 201 Ferry Street, but it is not the same truck. (El Tapatio Mission St, El Tapatio Ferry St).

They also give you grilled onions on the side, which are my favorite. The salsa is fantastic. The burritos keep well (don't get mushy too fast) so I often take them on hikes. So when I tell you this is one of the worst breakfast burritos I've had in Wenatchee, understand that I've put in the field research. For $9.99, I received what can best be described as the kids' meal of breakfast burritos. Apparently breakfast burritos have entered the shrinkflation era--same price, half the breakfast. It consisted mostly of eggs, a little cheddar, and what I believe was a single strip of bacon, chopped into enough pieces that every bite could technically claim to contain bacon. Then came the best part. I specifically ordered NO Thousand Island dressing. Naturally, it arrived covered in Thousand Island. Apparently my burrito identified as a salad. The tortilla tasted like it had been thinking about retirement for a few days, the ingredients were average at best, and there simply wasn't enough of anything to justify the price. Flavor? Not offensive enough to stop eating--I was starving--but every bite was a negotiation with my future self. My future self lost. The one thing Genesis Kitchen absolutely nailed was the speed. They wrapped up my disappointment in record time. To be fair, I'm sure Genesis Kitchen makes something people enjoy. Unfortunately, breakfast burritos don't appear to be that thing. Final Verdict: For $9.99, I expected breakfast. Instead, I got a live demonstration of shrinkflation with a side of Thousand Island. I won't be back.
