I bought a night light here that never worked and I bought a dresser that I had to return because it smelled like mildew. To make it worse, even though I opened up a credit account with them, when I went to return the dresser, I had to get a gift card because I didn't have the receipt (OK, I know it's my fault and I should have had the receipt, but it is on THEIR credit card. Gimme a break!). They couldn't look it up. The girl who worked the transaction was very rude, too. Her name is Lori and I'd heard her mock other customers on the phone during previous visits, and with me she was unpleasant as well. Which made the whole experience worse! She is not an asset to this business at all! So, needless to say, I am in no hurry to shop here again.

I believe that Bath & Body Works could teach a thing or two about having people feel safe and following the guidelines that have been set. Even the counter people wipe the area down after every transaction. As for their merchandise, they offer a lot around skin care, candles, etc., those lovely indulgences that make life that much happier. I do recommend a visit here.
