Traveling from out of town, I found Raceway. I was SO THANKFUL because we had driven in icy conditions the night before and my car was covered in salt grime from the trucks. I got the $20 service and I was delighted with the result. All I had to do afterwards was do an extra wipe down from post-wash drips. They did dry it, and well! It's just that after time passed, a few more crevices released the water from the wash. The gentlemen were friendly and clear in their instructions. If I lived here, I would purchase the unlimited package. I LOVE a clean car. This is your place for sure: local or traveler! read more

Didn't even get to get my car washed because it was the slowest car wash that I have ever been to. Stood in a line of cars for 15 mins without moving. Looks like the workers are lost and don't have a good system in place. Disgrace... Don't even bother. I would give this zero stars. What a joke of a car wash. read more

Very poor job. Bottom sides of my Suv was not cleaned properly and they left smudges on my interior window.

I had my car washed and pulled out for it to be dried. I popped the trunk of the SUV so the guy could wipe the ledges since there was water dripping from the back down the car. He immediately said I don't do inside of cars so I stepped out to show him all of the water. He wiped it, got an attitude because his towel was dirty, went inside to get another towel and never finished drying the car and did not put the shine on I paid for. I had to go to another employee and he finished the job. Yet this man dried the mans car behind me fine and then dried another mans car. As the other guy was drying the car he was still saying I don't do inside of cars. So after I told him off he said he didn't care. And I don't give an F. For someone who barely spoke English he managed to get that out. So I felt disrespected as a woman. I have gone here for a while but never again and I will speak to someone in charge about their lazy and disrespectful employee. read more

Purchased a Groupon...never had the opportunity to use it. The crew was busy running around trying to find wipers to fit a car waiting to enter the car-wash. Now, rather than simply look up the vehicle in the parts catalog and selecting the appropriate size the crew ignored everyone in line and made it their mission to find this car wiper blades trying pair after pair without success. Perhaps let the cars waiting in the heat to go through and help your friend out once he's parked and not blocking the entrance to the wash. My wife made the "Mistake" of calling their attention to the idiocy of this and rather than move the line along on a hot summer day, they chose instead to yell at her and say unintelligible gibberish prompting us to leave and acknowledge to one another we'd never spend a dime at this business. Sad, since my wife commented on how they did a nice job with her car on a previous visit under the new management...however after this experience it's clear that they have little regard for their customers, merely when it suits them. Thankfully Groupon refunded our money without hesitation, so they continue to demonstrate true customer care. Perhaps the crew at Raceway Auto Spa can learn a thing or two from them... read more

The worst car wash company I have ever used. They put the mats back into car without even washing away the shampoo completely from it. They did not even wash my wind shield properly. I had to show them at multiple places where there are major touch ups needed. Even after that, it is half washed. I couldn't imagine anyone going twice to this car wash. read more

I have to say this is the most unprofessional and poor managed car wash I have ever seen, all the employees but 1 speak english, you show up at 415 they are all taking a lunch/dinner break and you have to wait, you call there business line and 90% of the time nobody answers the phone, I was a monthly subscriber to the unlimited car wash club, I canceled my membership after an incident with the only speaking person there who was very unprofessional and spoke to me in a manner no customer should be spoken to, even the owner after leaving a message on his machine to call me never called me back. Rest assure I will not bring my business back to this establishment. read more
