I was also staying at a hotel, but he said that was no problem for them as they have their own water storage tank for their pressure washer on their mobile van. I asked them for an interior deep clean along with an exterior wash, which was templated online to take about 3 and a half hours. They came this morning at 9:30am and finished by 11:30. Their prices were also the best out of anyone I talked to. I have a yellow Labrador, and his fur was weaved into the floor mats and in all the nooks and crannies. They were able to remove all traces that my dog was ever in my truck. It's pretty amazing to say the least. I just moved to NJ, so normally I would wash myself but don't have the ability to do that at my current place. I read reviews for this auto spa, which is actually just in place of a drive-through car wash location at the Exxon gas station, and it is worth the wait. Bring a book! On a Saturday, you could easily wait an hour to 90 minutes, but it's worth it. As I was a new customer, they gave me a complimentary upgrade from an exterior wash to a full detail free of charge, and it was amazing. My wheels are so clean, and my paint looks great. Be sure to bring cash for a tip - these folks really deserve it! They have a little area outside to sit and wait on some lawn chairs, but if it's cold there isn't really anywhere to go other than sitting in your car (or if you have shopping to do, run into Patel Brothers next door). In MD, this service could have cost upwards of $200!

Specifically: Poor Cleaning: I explicitly asked them to vacuum the trunk--they didn't touch it. The dashboard was still covered in dust, and the rims were only half-cleaned. Lack of Detail: The car was still dripping water when they handed it back, yet no one bothered to wipe it down properly. They rush you through just to get to the next car, leaving you with a lousy result. Unprofessional Environment: The girl at the counter was smoking inside the building right in front of my children. This is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to customers. The biggest red flag, however, is their data collection. Without my consent, they took and saved my name and license plate number. When my receipt printed, all my personal info was already there. Why is this information being stored? There is no reason a car wash needs to keep a database of my details unless they are selling it to third parties. If you want to waste your money and have your privacy compromised, this is the place to go. Otherwise, stay away. Then this tough guy wanna manager reply to this review and makes all kind of comments. The girl was vaping at the counter, you want to call me a liar, if that makes you feel better. Why don't you be a man and admit that she was and that you rip off customers and your service stinks? Also a lot of five star reviews are people with one review. They are most likely his friends.
