Recapping a previous customer, (I have been going to this carwash Edison location, probably longer than some of their employees have been alive.) they do display 2 prices for a synthetic oil change and charge you for the higher price without even asking. The employee stated, " we are the only oil change facility that tops off and checks fluids", which is not true because almost every place does that. I understand the credit card fees because everyone does that now. Top it off that they no longer give you a free wash with an oil change. As a disclaimer - the owner was contacted via email for a response but as expected no response and have to write this review after a week of the service. Just inspect your car after the wash and you will notice that interior cleanliness will be almost the same as it was before the wash. Brought my second car for the apparent Platinum wash (had a car detailed earlier); The seats, dash board and even steering wheels apparently was untouched with lot of the stains. When reached out to the manager on the site EDGAR Bravo, he was surprisingly rude enough to argue that I have cough up $10 more for the additional service/package. This place is a scam. I paid 69 dollars every month for a service that includes underbody wash and I haven't been getting that service. I spoke with the 2 employees there and they laughed at me when I asked about the underbody. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place, inside your car not getting cleaned. My family and I have been bringing our cars to this car wash for years. Today my daughter and I brought her car there to be washed inside and out. When we were told our car was done, we went to get into it and noticed the molding around her radio was pulled off. We approach the employees nicely to let them know something may have happened, but they mind taking a look at it and fixing. The employees said they didn't do it and then started talking to each other in Spanish and laughing. We politely asked for the manager who said they didn't do it. Email the owner he didn't even bother looking at what was broken. I politely approached the manager again asking if they could take a look at it and fix it so we can resolve it right away and he said he's too busy. Send an email to the owner. I will never bring any of my family's cars here ever again. Received a free car wash via Facebook for "TheWorks" at TRAX car wash on Oak Tree Road in Edison. Pulled up at 1:00PM on Sunday, there was only one car in front of me. I gave the attendant the paper for the free car wash and he asked for ID. I showed him my license and he said your good. I asked do I need anything to show the cashier that the car wash is free? He said just tell her you gave me the free paper. The car travel through and soap rained down and the brushes worked in the soap. I go to the cashier and she said where is your receipt, I told her the attendant said to tell you I gave him the free paper. She looked at me like I had 2 heads and said OK, your good. I went outside were the car was being dried. The person drying the car motioned to me that the car was ready. I got in the car and drove off. When I got home I realized the bird poop that was on the passenger side window before going to the car wash was still on the window. I got Windex and cleaned the windows in my garage myself. All I can say I am glad the car wash was free because I will never return to pay them to was my car. read more

I have bought the unlimited wash package and was surprised that I can use it in any of the location. I am deducting .5 points as the towel drying could be better. Unfortunately now our attorney is involved and we could just like our vehicle repaired. Anyone with a manual vehicle needs to beware!! Pre covid my husband brought our vehicle to get cleaned. One of the staff members pulling out the vehicle did not know how to drive manual! Clearly not knowing what he was doing he over revved the engine, and was burning out the clutch slowly pulling the vehicle off the tracks. There was an immediate smell and my husband tried to flag him down to stop but it was to late. Obviously upset he spoke to a manager who begged him not to call the police to file a report and if there was damage they would take care of it. Within a short time I received an email, not from a manager, but the owner. I realized that I had made a mistake and the credit was issued but it was the fact the owner took the time to respond to me that makes the difference for me. I used to come here all the time when it was the former Jersey Auto Spa had the ultimate package for 39.99 unlimited plan where I used to come 4x a month once a week. Not bad right? New owners took over sometime in January was told not to worry that would honor the old plan and grandfather me in. I was happy and had no complaints. February hits and my credit card was charged $62. So clearly I am thinking they made a mistake. I call up and they said unfortunately the new rates went up? When asked why the price increase they said they went from recycled water to fresh water and the wages went up. Brought my car in and bought the 29.99 pkg. I explicitly told them to make sure to clean the inside of the car well. When I went to get in my car not only were my rubber mats not even put back in their place but the car was visibly dirty from not vacuuming properly, center console and cup holders not wiped or cleaned. I asked for a manager and he called someone over and had them vacuum again then told me the vacuum nozzle doesn't get in between the seats. You are a Car Wash. Your job is to clean my car after I pay you $30 to do so not take my money then make excuses. So I went home and simply used a chop stick to dig out a French fry and some pieces of paper and loose change and just cleaned it my self. Then I looked at my tires and they didn't even put the tire shine on and not to mention they never sprayed the inside of the car with air freshener like they were supposed to. This is the second time I've been there. First time was bad this was even worse. Needless to say I will NEVER go there again and tell anyone I know not to waste their money or time. read more
