As a disclaimer - the owner was contacted via email for a response but as expected no response and have to write this review after a week of the service. Just inspect your car after the wash and you will notice that interior cleanliness will be almost the same as it was before the wash. Brought my second car for the apparent Platinum wash (had a car detailed earlier); The seats, dash board and even steering wheels apparently was untouched with lot of the stains. When reached out to the manager on the site EDGAR Bravo, he was surprisingly rude enough to argue that I have cough up $10 more for the additional service/package. He has guts to say it after asking us to wait and come in line once again which we did. Very humiliating experience Mike.

Regular wash was $19 giving the circumstances all prices are going up I understand. The wash was decent they rushed through vacum. I paid extra $5 for for tire but they didnt even do it probably it was 5 people cleaning the car and it wasn't even that busy see pictures. I tired to put a review on google but it is blocked you or something

My Car number plate was broken plus bumper was broken too because there is no one in exist line to move the cars, so when I tell to there new manger ( Joe ) he told me just write down my details i.e name and cellphone number they will contact me shortly after checking from there Edison oak tree branch owner now it's 3 week in row no body will call me and solve my issue, worst customer service plus they didn't clean the cars perfectly as compared to last year when Mark was here only the increased the Prices but the service and customer service is really below average, I hope this time owner can get my message and get back to me.

Updated!! Please see photo attached!! Owner quickly responds after claiming to have NEVER heard of this incident! Dear Mr. Giacopelli thank you so very much for kindly replying back to my review. I have attached an email showing proof we spoke so maybe this will help refresh your memory! As I mentioned and as all can see this is not the route we like to take and we have been very patient clearly by not calling the police to make a big stink the day off and have been holding of waiting for the right thing to be done as promised. Unfortunately now our attorney is involved and we could just like our vehicle repaired. Anyone with a manual vehicle needs to beware!! Pre covid my husband brought our vehicle to get cleaned. One of the staff members pulling out the vehicle did not know how to drive manual! Clearly not knowing what he was doing he over revved the engine, and was burning out the clutch slowly pulling the vehicle off the tracks. There was an immediate smell and my husband tried to flag him down to stop but it was to late. Obviously upset he spoke to a manager who begged him not to call the police to file a report and if there was damage they would take care of it. Fast forward now speaking to the "owner" via email we were asked to send in any repair damages which was confirmed there was. Dead silence after that. We gave it some time since covid started happening and things were shut down but now that everything is reopening the owner is obviously dodging his false promises! We have spoken to our attorney which will be taking legal again now against this branch! Truly avoid this place by all means!!

I had a hugely disappointing experience at this Castrol Lube Express location…read more I went in for a routine oil change and, before the service started, specifically asked the workshop employee whether I could use the $10 discount coupon. He clearly said yes, so I assumed the discount would automatically be applied during billing. After waiting for the service to be completed, I noticed at the payment counter that the full amount had been charged. When I asked about the discount, the lady at the counter told me I was supposed to physically show the coupon. I explained that I had already confirmed the discount eligibility with their staff member and assumed it had been factored into the pricing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they immediately shifted the blame onto me. The workshop employee was called over and conveniently changed his statement, claiming he had told me to show the coupon at the counter -- which was simply not true. The issue was never about the $10. It was about honesty, accountability, and customer service. A customer-friendly business would have either honored the discount or at least offered a future credit as a goodwill gesture. Instead, they seemed more interested in saving every possible penny while making the customer feel at fault. I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced such a poor and dismissive attitude toward a customer. Would not recommend this place.

I started at Ray & Dana's Inman Auto Care. He offered a free estimate. He sent a very comprehensive list of things that needed to be done on my car. I was very impressed with the meticulous detail and the photographs to show why I they were suggesting the fix. This report made me feel that this was an honest shop. And made me feel confortable enough to trust. It turned out that all rotors needed to be changed. I paid a bit more than what the dealer quoted but got both front and rear brakes overhauled and new brake fluids and wheels rotated and balanced. But most of all I got a clear understanding of why it had to be done and the feeling that they were trustworthy. Their customer service was excellent! I live a mile away and needed to be home for telework so he had someone drive me home and then pick me up to get the car. That was awesome and I really appreciated it. Also I called several times with questions and concerns. They politely answered all my questions. I asked them to align the wheels. They checked the alignment and told me it was not necessary. This sealed the deal. I trust this shop and will have them work on my car again.

I took my daughter's 2018 Honda in and she is so happy that her engine runs so quietly after they fixed the air compressor. in addition to that everyone at the front desk is nice personable and they have coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you guys

Immediately after noticing the damage, I contacted Valvoline customer care. I was placed on a three-way call with the store manager, who--before even reviewing a single photo--dismissed the incident by saying it "sounded like a rock" caused the damage. After I submitted photos and went in person to speak with Matt, I physically demonstrated to him how the bar lined up exactly with the scratch. He acknowledged this at the time and told me he would follow up with quality control by the end of the day. Later, I received another three-way call with Matt and customer service, only to be told my claim was denied because video footage supposedly showed no damage. When I requested to see the video, I was refused. To make matters worse, Matt contradicted what we had just reviewed in person, suddenly claiming the bar did not match, despite my clear demonstration. This behavior came across as evasive and dishonest. My car is brand new, and I know every detail of it. The damage aligns exactly with the hood bar, and I also have supporting video evidence of my own showing this. Instead of being treated fairly, I have been dismissed, gaslit, and denied transparency in the review process. Not only have you lost a LOYAL customer but youve tainted my entire experience of trusting a company with my money.
