Late to open today July 12. No towels for drying, vacumes not running, air not running. i guess someone over slept this morning.

This is one of the most poorly run car washes that I have ever encountered. First of all, they only power wash one side of the car. More importantly, I had to wait 15 minutes for space to open up to clean my car. There were 7 spaces on the street side of the car wash, but employees parked their cars in 4 of the spaces thus leaving only 3 spaces. I was told that they couldn't do anything about it and they had no manager of duty. Needless to say I plan to cancel my monthly plan They put their employees ahead of customers. read more

Great service and they have the ability to turn off the brushes essentially making it a brushless wash.

Good car wash. You have to vacuum and clean the car yourself which is okay, I rather someone else do it for me. The prices are average.

If I could leave zero I would. Took my car to car wash yesterday and when it came out it was dirtier than when it went it! Spots everywhere We couldn't wipe it off because every bay was taken not by members just random people who don't get their car washed they just use the vacuums and whatever else . I got out of this car wash and for 2.00 more they clean the inside and everything! And when you enter the brush and hose your car spark gives a quick spray IF YOUR LUCKY . IM OUT OF THERE THAT WAS THE LAST STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK! Go to Star car wash so much better!! read more

I visited the Woodbridge NJ location. Prior to getting my car washed, I went onto their web site and took advantage of the 50% off coupon! Their app was very easy to use and it was easy to gain clarity about the wash options provided! This location is busy (cause the service is excellent)! The line of cars moved quickly as the customer service representatives were on point! Having free vacuums, towels, cleaners and more were all an added excellent bonus!...AGAIN ALL FREE! I am actually going back today and cannot wait to have a spotless car and take advantage of all the free items to spruce up my interior!!! YOU should definitely give the Woodbridge location a try...you will not be disappointed!!! read more

Not efficient car wash, a lot of dirt remains. The whole process took only 2 min so you can imagine how accurate it does the washing...

I'm giving a 1 star because I can't rate less. I went to this location yesterday because of an ad I saw online for a free car wash & my car desperately needed it so I thought "why not?" So instead of going to my usual spot like I was planning, I received the coupon & made my way over there .. I get there, & notice they have the DIY vacuums, cool, that's not out of the ordinary, but I didn't use them because my interior wasn't in need of it. I proceeded to the line (there's 2) & notice there's a barrier bar on both sides & there were 2 employees at each line. While on line, I'm checking out their packages, which the prices didn't seem too bad at first. Once it was my turn, I showed my coupon to the employee & she grabbed my phone to scan the barcode on the pay machine, then the barrier came up to let me in. I asked her if next time I just need to pay on the machine myself & she confirmed, it's DIY. Before actually entering the wash, there are another 2 employees barely hosing down the cars. Before exiting, I'm getting my tip ready to give to the employees who would towel dry & add my tire shine, but to my surprise, once exiting there was not one employee doing any of that. I see 2 signs, one pointing to the exit & another pointing to the side of the building that I can't recall what it said, but it's something along the lines of "if you're not done perfecting your vehicle, head this way" , out of curiosity I went that way & all it was were extra vacuums, which again I did not need. & apparently that's where they have the towels to dry your car, again DIY. I have my own microfiber towels, so again, I did not need to use theirs so I just left, disappointed. Basically, if I wanted to go to a DIY car wash, I would've did that. But, at least I didn't pay a dime for it. & I definitely wouldn't be returning as a paying customer, because the prices I thought that weren't so bad at first? I can now say they are not worth it if they make you do everything yourself besides washing the car. They charge the same prices, if not more, as my regular spot & many other spots in the area where they do EVERYTHING for you, from vacuuming to towel drying to tire shine. They need to lower their prices if they want it to be mainly DIY. & what are the employees there for really? Idk, this place is a scam. Save yourself the time, I wish I did. Mind you, the coupon was for their "BEST" wash. A joke then? I don't even leave reviews on Yelp, but I just had to for this one. I was really so disappointed. read more
