Do NOT waste your money. This was the worst business…read moredecision I made last year. I was selling high-quality, handmade wreaths. The Sugar Land manager, Layla Bennett, damaged one of my products and then refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she denied what happened. I was forced to send 10 emails to her supervisor before they finally admitted I was right. Even then, they only refunded 50% of the damage. After standing up for myself, I was retaliated against. The supervisor, Ramona Ventura, gave me only two days to vacate my booth simply because I demanded accountability. They do not care whether you succeed. They do not promote your products. Their only concern is collecting their monthly rent. Whether you sell or not, you are locked into a one-year contract and must pay. Vendors beware.

We were confronted by the rudest store clerks that we ever had the misfortune to meet. While I was shopping, my husband asked if he can use their restroom but instead of being shown some courtesy -- he was turned away with a dismissive tone "it's for vendors only." True or not, my husband appealed but was treated harshly and ignored. The two clerks on duty were just busy chitchatting at the counter.i don't think we will ever go back to this place, finalize our contract, much more trust them to take care of our business . Btw, we're both from a local chamber of commerce.

I've shopped here off and on since moving to the area 9 years ago. My mom was in town, and we…read moredecided to come in and peruse. It is a beautiful store with tons to offer. The customer service is always excellent, and you can always find something, especially if you're in need of a gift for someone. Prices range from high-end items to fun finds below $20. I love the Mudpie, Brighton, Royal Standard, and fun Louisianan items (my NOLA-raised self definitely appreciates them). I bought a Louisiana-themed tea towel, and an associate offered to hold it at the register until checkout. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was so incredibly helpful. The reason I'm removing a star is because when we first entered the store, despite being greeted, we were heavily watched and followed while we browsed Tyler Candle and Mackenzie Childs products. I own several items from both companies, yet when we got in the car, my mom remarked how uncomfortable it made her feel. I absolutely agree. I realize they've probably had theft issues, especially with the close proximity to the freeway, and I know Mackenzie Childs products are a pretty penny (as well as fragile), but glaring at customers and staying within a few feet of them the entire time they're browsing products is a bit overboard. Fortunately, as we continued through the store, the micromanagement died way down. I would have been more at ease if I could have freely shopped the entry area, and my mom probably would have bought something. The customer service and vast selection are 1000% worth the four stars.

I understand if maybe this place has a lot of shoplifters but I felt as if this was too much. Again, great products and I love the unique items this place has but if it wasn't for being followed to the point even my boyfriend was uncomfortable I would come back again. I almost walked out honestly without buying anything, and I kept feeling like maybe this was because of my skin color or because of our age group that we are in. Do better please.. I came to spend money not steal and would like to be treated as such.

Stationary, stickers, CDs, microphones (woohoo) and much more. They are also carrying other items like Hello Kitty and anime. Yay! Who doesn't love Hello Kitty? The staff are super friendly and helpful. And give great suggestions. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The store is super clean and organized. They do a fabulous job of keeping items in stock. Def will be returning sooner than later.

Now, I don't claim to be a K-Pop expert nor do I consider myself a part of their target audience. However, I wanted to do something nice for my daughter due to school finally being out for summer. She really struggles with large groups of people as well as public spaces, so I went into the store alone. As soon as I entered, I immediately felt judged. All of the employees were staring at me and following my every move throughout the store. The store isn't very large, and I was the only customer there, so let's just say it's extremely obvious that all of the employees had their eyes trained on me. I was followed, watched, and treated like a criminal for simply trying to buy my daughter a gift. At one point during my visit, the employee with the ponytail, glasses, and dark hair walked over to a coworker and whispered into her ear while staring directly at me. After she whispered, they both audibly laughed. I was humiliated. I felt completely ridiculed by this employee, who had treated me like a criminal and now had the audacity to make fun of me while I was within eyesight? I felt so overwhelmed with the entire situation I felt like crying. It was like being back in high school again with the gossiping and judging my every move. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life. Save your time and go to one of the other K-pop stores in the area, the extra drive time is worth it to avoid these extremely rude employees.
