I happened to keep looking and found Karen here on yelp. i gave her a call and she was able to get me in an hour later. When i arrived at her place of business she was out front to greet me as that is her custom for all new clients. She was very friendly and took close note of how painful it was just to get out of the car. We went into the office and took care of paperwork and i prepared for the massage. When i went to see her my pain level was a solid nine pushing close to a ten. She worked on every part of my body with a heavy focus on my back. She was very professional the entire time but had a level of compassion that allowed us to have a great conversation while she took care of the business at hand. By the time that she was done with just one hour of massage i went home with a pain level just in the part of my back where the pulled muscles with a pain of about 2. I was fully aware that i would not be totally pain free but was amazed at how much of it had gone away. I will be seeing her as often as i can and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for an amazing massage therapist. As for the rest of my body all the tension was gone. Being as I was naked while getting my massage, I felt really vulnerable and ultimately too embarrassed to just get up and leave in the middle of my massage, so I stayed. She continued to talk about my weight the entire time. As a fellow professional, what a terrible place to fat Shame somebody, especially one who is PAYING you. I didn't want to leave a tip but because she spent an extra 30 min on me, I threw in $5 from the kindness of my fat heart. I will never be back to Sarah nor will I recommend her to anyone. In fact I will be sure to let everyone know how unprofessional she is and how uncomfortable she will make you feel.
