Got my septum done today by Foxglove piercing, and they were amazing! The entire shop is incredibly beautiful, the music was great, and the overall vibe was perfect. Super clean and everyone was really nice. The piercer was so great, they made me really comfortable, this was the best experience I have had getting a piercing hands down. Highly recommend, lots of beautiful jewelry options too (septum jewelry only had 2, as to be expected since it's one of those things where you really only get the default ones). This is absolutely going to be where I go from now on, gonna have to look into getting a tattoo here as well! read more

I have been debating writing this review as it's been a year since my service and I am hoping she has improved. Me and my mom went to skye tattoo to get belly piercings. Besides giving my mom a labret above her naval, she pierced mine incredibly deep inside . This has led to my belly ring still not being fully healed , over a year later. I'm fortunate enough to know that my body isn't rejecting my piercing , (I've had over 7, I would know) but it still consistently gets inflamed and when rubbed against fabric can hurt badly. Our piercer was very kind , but clearly was uneducated at the time. I sincerely hope she has gotten more practice, especially at saying no to people who may not have the correct anatomy . read more

Personally, I think his stuff is great. They're located on the upper level of the Mirkwood and Shire Cafe'. Everyone there is very freindly, and they'll bend over backwards helping you out if this is your first tattoo or piercing. read more

Tattooed by Nicole, who is an amazing, professional, and sweet artist. She made sure I was comfortable and fine the whole time. While I was there i got to eat food and drink from the restaurant below, the bartender came up to check on everyone every 30 mins. I'd heard nothing but good things about this parlor and had been dying to get this tattoo for a couple years now, and oh my god did I make the right choice. Baylee is an incredible artist and made the session feel more like I was casually catching up with an old artist friend over coffee and drawing, rather than just an appointment. It was casual and comfortable, and she was more than happy to freehand some extra little things to the tattoo she'd already designed for me. She asked me my opinion in the middle of tattooing me if I'd like this detail to be shaded or left alone, if I'd like an extra plant or mushroom here and there, and was happy to accommodate and listen to my preferences. I'm so so happy with the resulting tattoo, it's absolutely beautiful. The session was much faster than we both expected so I happily tipped 25% after she finished my fairly detailed forearm tattoo in ONLY AN HOUR AND A HALF!! I'm planning more tattoos in the future and she has earned a very loyal customer! read more

I had heard excellent things prior to wanting to go in and check them out and when I found out a friend from years past worked there I decided to check them out. After visiting with the shop on a Saturday night and talking with the artists I realized they ran a very good place. I ended up going with Shane. Ok. So here is my honest review on Mordor. They have two main artists and some other people. Jacob Cross is the most experienced artist in the shop and Savannah Beck is new but talented and driven. Getting a tattoo from either of these phenomenal artists is highly suggested and will not be something you regret. On the other hand and in particuar is Ricky. Under no circumstances should you ever let him put ink in your skin. Hes not unclean. Just untalented and inexperienced. And undeservedly cocky to boot. I don't mean to hate on him. Im just being honest and trying to save youcrom getting a tattoo you will regret as I have. Im only taking a star off co's of Ricky. There are a couple other artists from time to time. Dingy looking place. Poor customer service. I went to this place after my nose ring fell out; I just needed someone to put it back in. The piercer is also the waitress and she told me I would have to wait. 20 minutes later (ignoring me the whole time) I walked out. I went to a better place that put my piercing back in place in 5 minutes. read more
