She was instructing service to do things that were not their responsibility but are in fact part of the venue manager's job. She was condescending, a terrible venue. beautiful venue is not worth being treated this way. If you are a vendor, do not serve here. She was expecting catering to set up the inside of the event and clean the entire inside. A catering company is not a cleaning company. Instead of attempting to communicate effectively or through translation with a Spanish speaking mother of the bride, she was going around her and telling the catering company to make sure the family honors their contract with the venue, something the catering company has absolutely nothing to do with and is not their place at all.

Rebekah took the time to help me figure out my timeline for the day and was very flexible and helpful even when I was freaking out. On the day of, she made sure that my wishes were honored and was so great at keeping us on schedule. Rebekah had such a huge team of people with her that it made me feel like a celebrity with the amount of support that was there for my family.
