A simple request to remove an ex from my auto policy has been met with resistance and downright rudeness even though it's been my car and policy since day one. Last night she canceled my policy at his request- unbelievable!!!!! I asked her months ago to remove him from my policy. I'm furious at the moment Aurora would have never let this happen.
