I'm going to try to reach her because the person I've been getting instead is like a brick wall. She just does not understand simple instructions at all. It's impossible to communicate with her. A simple request to remove an ex from my auto policy has been met with resistance and downright rudeness even though it's been my car and policy since day one. Last night she canceled my policy at his request- unbelievable!!!!! I asked her months ago to remove him from my policy. I'm furious at the moment Aurora would have never let this happen. My roof was the same age and the neighbors on either side of me. Each of them had different insurance companies and they both got new roofs!!
