If it wasn't for the fact that my mother was in need of shoes, I would've never gone into the store. They have the worst customer service. Every single female employee in the store is absolutely disgustingly rude. Not only did they not even bother to help my mother I had to go get somebody. We were in the store for over an hour trying to find her a good pair of shoes, and God forbid if you needed any assistance because as one told me, we don't have any in her size..... really in the whole store you don't have any in her size?! Then I found myself a pair of crocs which now when I think about it, I wish I would've just left them there and went to a different store and spent my money there, because when I went up to the front and I went to pull up my email because I had a coupon for it. The nasty little girl that was up there Told me she didn't know anything about coupons or the app and was unwilling to help me so not only will I never go into the store again, but I will let everybody that I know and I know a lot of people know that they can spend their money elsewhere. Like I did, I bought three more pairs of shoes at Belk and the young lady who took care of me, and my mother was an absolute pleasure. Her review, of course is nothing like this one but then again, she knows what true customer services shame on you you should fire every single one of them that work there because they obviously don't take their job seriously enough to treat people with just an ounce of respect. Customer service is a big thing and all they're doing is standing around and talking not the first time not the second time not even the third time that this is happened but it will be the last time I walk into that store! And the value not all that great either I found crocs in better condition in a different store should've just brought these back but then again, if I go back into the store, we would have a problem because I don't deal with rude nasty people who seem to have a problem with elderly people. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this place to anyone! The customer service is terrible and I will never shop at this store again! My mom and I were trying to purchase two pairs of hiking shoes and spoke to 3 employees and no one helped us. I ended up coming home getting online and ordering what we needed. They did in fact have the sizes we needed and the sales girl lied about ordering those sizes saying she couldn't order what we needed. No one wants to work anymore and doesn't take pride in their jobs! Definitely don't go to this store I would shop at a different one read more
