To say that we were over the moon to find two perfect bikes that we had been searching for months. We purchased them both and made arrangements to pick them up in my husband's truck the following day. I can't begin to express my disappointment when we arrived less than 24 hours later to find that my husband's bike had been sold. While I completely understand that things happen, we called three hours prior to coming to confirm the hours...and when the store rep called the assistant manager, he found more joy in knowing that the bike had not been stolen. This is not customer service. This is not good business practice. Fortunately, I can ALWAYS find great deals for quality business casual and professional clothes at the Ann Taylor Factory Store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets! The Ann Taylor Factory Store is usually my first stop when I make my 45-minute drive to the Outlets. It's a fairly large store, which is always always nicely organized. As soon as I walk in, I head straight to the right side of the back of the store because that's where their clearance section is located. The clothes on clearance are organized by size and type - business casual is in one section and then there are more casual tops in a separate rack. There are also plenty of pants on clearance. I don't come here often, but the past three times I have visited, they would have additional discounts on top of the clearance prices! The last time I went on a Saturday afternoon, they informed me that there was an additional 40% off all purchases that day, and they handed me a small flyer with the prices of many of their items and how much they would cost with the additional discount. I thought that this was so helpful! As I was shopping and was holding numerous hangers of clothing, a friendly sales associate approached me and asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. I said sure, and she asked for my name, took the clothes I wanted to try, and saved a fitting room for me. Unlike some retail stores, they don't count the number of items you are trying or have a limit on how many items you can take in the fitting room. When I was ready to try the clothes on, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the associate had written my name on a white board on my fitting room door and had neatly hung the clothing inside. The associate smiled and told me that I should let her know if I needed assistance with anything. She was very sweet and I appreciated her excellent customer service! Overall, the Ann Taylor Factory Store gets 5 stars for their awesome deals for quality women's professional clothing, clean and organized environment, and friendly employees. I have never walked out of this store without buying anything because their petite-sized clothes (yay for the Petites section!) fit me so nicely and are affordable for the quality. Also, maybe it's just me, since I haven't done serious shopping in a while, but it seemed that many staples, such as button downs and tees were way overpriced, such that it was only the "early Labor Day sale" that made them reasonable. So that made me wonder if any of it was really a deal. I am surprised management approves of these signs. I like the clothing and will return again but if these signs are still posted I will not return. Next door to Papaya is another store that caters to younger generation and they don't post signs like this. I'm 40 and it offends me.

Update 7/5/21 I…read morereturned to the Bath & Body Works in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their semi-annual clearance sale. They had lots of items marked down 50 to 75%. Both times I visited the store, Jonathan greeted me, gave me a shopping bag and offered to answer any questions I had. This last time, after I collected my items to purchase, I approached the registers but the cashier was in the middle of ringing up a very large purchase. Apparently she had started ringing up the customer and then the customer walked away to grab more items. While I understand, it's a little annoying when this happens. Nevertheless, I walked back through the store trying to kill time until the cashier was ready again. I then bumped into Sarah who asked if I needed any help. She was very friendly and supportive. I told her I was ready to check out but the register was tied up with a customer who was still shopping. Sarah jumped into action and told me that she could help me check out. Not only did she help me, but she also gave me some complimentary cellophane bags and decorative ties in order for me to give some of the items as gifts. So, based upon my experience with Jonathan and Sarah, I'll definitely return to the Bath & Body Works store in the North Point Mall to take advantage of their future sales.
