I first ventured to this place at the recommendation of a coworker for nonslip work shoes. being 6'4 shopping for any type of clothing is always dreadful. nothing ever fits. and most places don't sell above a size 13. Turns out i'm a 15.5 Marissa pulled out all the stops, took an imprint of my stride to find the right insert for me. i was a little apprehensive because i've dealt with chronic pain for years. been to an orthotic specialist to get custom made inserts that did nothing but make the pain worse. But i trusted the process. she found me a shoe that fit all the specifications that my job required. i noticed the difference on the first shift. on my feet 8 hours and absolutely no pain, it was like magic. nearly 10 years of pain almost completely gone just like that. 6 months later i came back because i felt i was finally ready to start running again and wanted to find a shoe i could trust based on my specific issues. and who's the first person to greet me when i walk in? that's right, Marissa! we weighed all the different options and what might be beneficial in different ways. she even showed me the proper method to tie a shoe to keep the heel from slipping. my first run i knocked out 4 miles and i've done a few more since then. still pain free. the last time i tried to run a half mile i was limping for 2 months so this is huge. and that's why i say life changing. i feel more confident on my feet and ready to start pushing myself to new limits athletically. overall the customer service stuck out, and i did pay a pretty penny for what i got but you really can't put a price on comfort and security.

I went in to buy one pair but decided on two. I realized, it made absolutely no sense to leave that one pair without friends. Although there was a store wide BOGO 1/2 off sale, I got these sandals from the clearance center. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind spending a few coins on comfort but I am a bargain shopper first lol. So, I got these two for roughy $59...not bad eh? They were so cute and blinging that I couldn't resist. They are also having a fundraiser for schools; for every $5 donated you get $10 off. The one pair of sandals was $34.97 and she took $10 off, showing both pairs for $24.97. Anyway, I think I'll visit here more often. Didn't know they had such cute flip flops like these!
