The salesperson said she would loosen the shoe laces. I take partial responsibility for questioning that solution vs trying another shoe. Long story short, within 1 week of wearing the shoes I was in so much pain and noticed a bruise on the inside of my foot where the pain was located. I went back to my old shoes and made an appt with my podiatrist. I was diagnosed with posterior tibia tendonititis, put on PT for 1 month and have to wear a boot at night. As a courtesy I called the owner before writing this review and basically he said I should have called them for a refit and refund for the shoes . I did not do this because the refund policy stated they would not refund worn shoes and to be honest I did not feel comfortable with the negative employee interaction, thats where the bad vibes come in.
