I phoned the manufacturer of the bicycle (Sixthreezero) regarding the damage; however, the call went to voicemail as it was a Sunday. As one can imagine, I was a bit upset by this as I am a middle-class guy and $450 is a good amount of money for me to spend on something that was delivered damaged. It was at this point that I decided to take the bicycle to my local Academy with the intention of getting a refund. I wheeled the bicycle into my local Academy and was warmly greeted by a nice young lady at the customer service desk that validated my purchase and asked if I could speak to her manager regarding the issue with the bicycle. The manager on duty at the time was a young man called Paul. I showed Paul the damage to the bicycle and expressed my disappointment as I was excited to receive the bicycle and was looking forward to enjoying it. Paul apologized for the mishap with the bicycle and asked me if I would allow his assembler to attempt a repair on it. I was happy to allow this as I really like the bicycle that I purchased. Paul thanked me for my patience and expressed his confidence in his assembler and told me that he would happily refund me for the bicycle if his assembler was unable to repair the damage. The assembler at this location was as good as Paul conveyed to me. Not only did the assembler repair the damage to the bicycle, but he also filled the tires and gave the bicycle an overall tune up. I couldn't be happier with the customer service that I received from Paul and his crew at this New Caney location.

I've come back to this store maybe once a month for the past two years ever since. They carry a wide selection of clothing from casual t-shirts and sweaters to fancier dresses and blouses. Recently, they've been carrying a collection of screen printed t-shirts with the Houston skyline on them which is the perfect gift for a resident/native Houstonian. Late last year, during football season, they were even selling college football themed shirts. They also host a variety of decorative signs for the home. I've purchased several of these for myself and as gifts for friends. Their jewelry collection fluctuates between seasons; sometimes they'll have a lot of options, sometimes they won't. As for shoes, there are probably a dozen different pairs sold each season. All in all, a perfect place to stop by and waste an hour especially if you are dining in Kings Harbor.

The rear area (warehouse) has the larger items like furniture, outdoor items, artwork, etc. I didn't find anything in the store that I liked. Some items were pretty dusty and had been sitting there for a few years, for sure. There was one large old ceramic bowl in the housewares section that had several cracks, chunks missing out of it and they wanted $25.00. So, some items are a tad overpriced. If you come regularly though, I'm sure you can find some good deals every now and then.

Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. I found Above the Curve Design on Google. It was close and the hours were perfect! I met with the owner expecting her to say she wouldn't be able to help me, especially with prom season coming up. Oh but God sent me an angel, who had my dress ready that WEDNESDAY!!!!! Yes ma'am and her prices are affordable! The owner is amazing & so nice. My dress fit perfect & looked even better than before!!!! 10 out if 10!!!!
